Abstract

Tunjangan profesi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru dan membentuk guru profesional dibidangnya. Penggunan tunjangan profesi diharapkan dapat lebih maksimal diperuntukan bagi peningkatan kompetensi masing-masing daripada pemenuhan kebutuhan lainnya.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah pertama, bagaimana pemanfaatan tunjangan profesi guru SMP di Kota Palangka Raya dan kedua, bagaimana dampak tunjangan profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dalam Perspektif Islamic Consumer Behavior. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research) dan kuantitatif deskriptif (descriptive quantitative), dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dan metode purpossive sampling terkait dengan pemanfaatan tunjangan profesi guru.

Subyek Penelitian adalah 20 guru penerima tunjangan profesi, diambil pada 5 sekolah SMP Negeri dikota Palangka Raya, dengan kriteria, pertama, beragama islam; kedua, usia diatas 35 tahun; ketiga, mengajar mata pelajaran IPA, Matematika, IPS, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris; keempat, sudah lima tahun menerima tunjangan profesi.

Dapat diakui bahwa pemanfaatan tunjangan profesi guru SMP di Kota Palangka Raya, telah digunakan sebagai penunjang keprofesiannya, hanya saja belum berimbang antara kebutuhan pemenuhan penunjang sebagai guru profesional dengan peningkatan kompetensi, dibuktikan dengan raport guru melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (SIM PKB) yang menunjukan capaian kurang maksimal.

Tunjangan profesi guru dalam perspektif Islamic Consumer Behavior adalah bagaimana guru penerima tunjangan profesi dapat menggunakannya secara adil, baik terhadap Tuhan atau manusia, sehingga memberikan konsep berfikir maslahah sebagai suatu konsep perilaku konsumen islam.

Abstract

Professional allowances are expected to be able to improve the teacher’s prosperity and to form professional teachers in their fields. The using of professional allowances is expected to be more maximal intended for the improvement of their respective competencies rather than fulfilling other needs.
The purposes of this paper are : the first, how to use the teachers professional allowance of Junior High School in Palangka Raya city and the second, how the impact of teacher professional allowance toward the teacher performance at the schools in the Islamic Consumer Behavior Perspective. This type of research is qualitative research and quantitative descriptive, with phenomenological approach and purposive sampling methods that related to the utilization of teacher professional allowance.
The research subjects were 20 teachers who received professional allowances, it was taken at 5 State Junior High Schools in the Palangka Raya city, with the criterias, the first, being Muslim; the second, to be age of above 35 years; the third, teaching the subjects of Science, Mathematics, Socials, Indonesian and English; the fourth, have been five years to receive a professional allowance.

It can be recognized that the utilization of teacher professional allowance of Junior High School in Palangka Raya city has been used as the professionalism support, but it has not been balanced between the need to fulfill the supporter as a professional teacher with increased competence, it is evidenced by the teacher report through the Management Information System of Continuing Professional Development (MIS CPD) which shows the less maximal achievement.

The teachers professional allowance in the Islamic Consumer Behavior perspective is how teachers who received professional allowances can use it rightfully, both towards God or humans, so that it provides the concept of thinking problem as a concept of Islamic consumer behavior.
