Abstract

Implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sangat penting dilakukan dengan demikian perlu ada upaya-upaya untuk mengeksplor lebih jauh tentang Implementasi Supervisi Kunjungan Kelas di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.
Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah, (1) Bagaimana implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, (2) Bagaimana kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muslimat NU Palangka Raya setelah diimplementasikannya supervisi kunjungan kelas, (3) Bagaimana implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.
Adapun metodologi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, sumber data yang digunakan meliputi informan, peristiwa yang terjadi dalam implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah; obsevasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Validasi data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik trianggulasi sumber dan metode.
Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah (1) Implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas telah dilakukan oleh pengawas dan kepala madrasah, teknik supervisi kunjungan kelas yang dilakukan pengawas dan kepala madrasah bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kinerja guru yang menjadi tanggung jawab kedinasannya, (2) Kinerja guru meningkat setelah diimplementasikannya supervisi kunjungan kelas, guru telah membuat instrumen penilaian pembelajaran, melakukan test pengambilan nilai hasil belajar peserta didik, melakukan koreksi hasil belajar, mengembalikan hasil kerja siswa dan melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran, (3) Implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas telah mampu memotivasi guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, meskipun secara prosedur implementasi supervisi kunjungan kelas yang dilakukan supervisor belum maksimal sebagaimana teknik-teknik dalam kunjungan kelas dan kesempatan guru untuk memperoleh kunjungan kelas dalam kegiatan supervisi akademik belum semuanya

The implementation of class supervision visitin improving performance teacher very important to do so there needs to be efforts to explore further about implementation of class supervisions visit at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muslimat NU Palangka Raya
The problem of this study are (1) How is the implementation of class supervisions visit at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muslimat NU Palangka Raya? (2) How is the teachers performance at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Rayaafter classroom visits? (3) How is the implementation of class supervisions visit can improve the quality of learning?.
The methodology carried out in this study used qualitative research with descriptive methods, source of data used informants, the events that occurred in the implementation of classroom supervision visits and documentation. Data collection techniques used; observation, interviews and document analysis. Validation of data is the source of triangulation techniques and methods
The research results obtained are: (1) the implementation of classroom supervision visits has been done by the supervisor and head of Madrasah, classroom supervision visits techniques conducted by supervisor and head of Madrasah aims to provide guidance on teacher performance is the responsibility, (2) Performance teachers increased after supervision visits the class, the teacher has to make the assessment of learning, test taking the value of learning outcomes of students, correction of learning outcomes, returns the student's work, and improve learning, (3 ) Implementation classroom supervisionvisits have been able to motivate teachers to improve their performance and improve the quality of learning, although the procedure of implementation classroom supervision visits conducted supervisor is not maximized as techniques in classroom visits and the opportunities of teachers to obtain classroom visits in the activities of academic supervision is not all.
