Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) terdapat atau tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar psikomotor dalam pembelajaran.menggunakan model Direct Instruction dan model Cooperative Learning pada materi kalor (2) terdapat atau tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan menggunakan model Direct Instruction dan model Cooperative Learning pada materi kalor

Penelitian ini menggunakan model rancangan Quasi Eksperimental Type Nonequivalent Control Grup Design dalam mengumpulkan datanya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar psikomotor dan tes hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hasil analisis reliabilitas butir soal uji coba instrumen tes hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh sebesar 0,66 dengan kategori tinggi. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas VII semester 1 SMPN-4 Palangka Raya Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016, sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII3 berjumlah 23 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VII2 berjumlah 20 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data test hasil belajar psikomotor siswa, pretest dan posstest tes hasil belajar kognitif siswa menggunakan program SPSS versi 18.0 for windows

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas kontrol dari hasil postest pada materi kalor dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran direct instruction dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative learning. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan α = 0,05 lebih kecil dari nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,417 untuk postest hasil belajar kognitif siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 52,78 sedangkan kelas eksperimen adalah 57,84. (2) berdasarkan analisis uji hipotesis hasil belajar psikomotor siswa menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar psikomotor siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran direct instruction dan cooperative learning pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, dengan skor rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 87,01 dan kelas eksperimen adalah 89,67.

ABSTRACK

This study is aimed to know: (1) there is a least significant difference between the learning outcomes psychomotor in learning to use direct instruction model and cooperative learning model on the material heat (2) there is a least significant difference between the cognitive learning to use direct instruction model and cooperative learning model on the material heat

This study used a Quasi Experimental type Design Nonequivalent Control Grup in collecting the data. The instrument used is the psychomotor achievement test and students cognitive achievement test. The level of reliability analysis item test cognitive achievement test was obtained for 0,66 with high category.the population in this study is the first half of the class VII Palangka Raya SMPN-4 School Year 2015/2016, the study sample was VII3 amounted to 22 people as an control class and the class of VII2 were 20 people as the experimental class. The analysis of the data of psychomotor achievement test of student and pretest and posttest student cognitive achievement test using SPSS version 18.0 for Windows.

Results of the study showed that: (1) ) the hypothesis test analysis showed that there are no significant difference in cognitive learning posttest control class of result on the material heat with using direct instruction model compared with the eksperimen class student learning outcomes by using cooperative learning model. This can be seen by α=0,05 is smaller than the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,417 to posttest cognitive achievement of student, with the average value of the control group was 52,78 while the eksperimen group was 57,84. (2) based on a analysis of the learning outcomes psychomotor shows that there are no signifikcant differences between the learning outcomes psychomotor student using direct instruction model and cooperative learning model of at significance level of 0,05 with the average control class score was 87,01 and the eksperimen class is 89,67
