Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masih adanya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya yang belum memenuhi standar Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2007. Adapun sarana dan prasaran pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya meliputi ruang kelas, ruang perpustakaan, ruang laboratorium biologi, ruang laboratorium fisika, ruang laboratorium kimia, ruang laboratorium komputer, ruang laboratorium bahasa, ruang pimpinan, ruang guru, ruang tata usaha, ruang tempat ibadah, ruang kesiswaan, ruang UKS, ruang konseling, jamban, gudang, ruang sirkulasi, tempat bermain/berolahraga.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah (1) Bagaimana tingkat kesesuaian sarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya. (2) Bagaimana tingkat kesesuaian prasarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MANKota Palangka Raya dengan Standar Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun2007. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kombinasi (mixed method) dengan Model Descripancy, spesifikasi dari penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, dan sebagai subyek wakamad sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan sebagai informan adalah kepala madrasah, kepala tata usaha dan tenaga pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner/angket dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian evaluasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kesesuaian sarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya yang meliputi, ruang kelas, ruang perpustakaan, ruang laboraturium biologi, ruang laboraturium fisika, ruang laboraturium kimia, ruang laboraturium bahasa, dan ruang laboraturium komputer dengan hasil temuan “sangat sesuai” berdasarkan Standar Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 dengan tingkat kesesuaian 95%. (2) Tingkat kesesuaian prasarana pendidikan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya yang meliputi, ruang pimpinan, ruang guru, ruang tata usaha, tempat ibadah, ruang konseling, ruang UKS, ruang organisasi kesiswaan, jamban, gudang, ruangsirkulasi, dan tempat bermain/berolahraga dengan hasil temuan “sangat sesuai” berdasarkan Standar Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 dengan tingkat kesesuaian 97%.
ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the existence of educational facilities and infrastructure in MAN Palangka Raya City that do not meet the standards of Permendiknas Number 24 of 2007. The educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN Palangka Raya City include classrooms, library rooms, biology laboratory rooms, physics laboratory rooms, chemical laboratory room, computer laboratory room, language laboratory room, leadership room, teacher's room, administration room, worship room, student room, UKS room, counseling room, latrine, warehouse, circulation room, play/sports area.
The formulation of the problem in the research is (1) How is the level of suitability of educational facilities in MAN Palangka Raya City. (2) How is the level of suitability of educational infrastructure in MAN Palangka Raya City. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of conformity of educational facilities and infrastructure in MAN City of Palangka Raya with Permendiknas Standard Number 24 of 2007. The research method used is a combination method (mixed method) with a Descripancy Model, the specifications of this research are descriptive. The object of this research is educational facilities and infrastructure, and as the subject of wakamad facilities and infrastructure, while as informants are the head of madrasah, head of administration and teaching staff. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation.
The results of the evaluation of educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN Palangka Raya City showed that: (1) The level of suitability of educational facilities in MAN Palangka Raya City which includes, classrooms, library rooms, biology laboratory rooms, physics laboratory rooms, chemistry laboratory rooms, laboratory rooms language, and computer laboratory room with the findings "very suitable" based on the Permendiknas Standard Number 24 of 2007 with a 95% level of conformity. (2) The level of suitability of educational infrastructure in MAN Palangka Raya which includes, leadership room, teacher's room, administrative room, place of worship, counseling room, UKS room, student organization room, latrine, warehouse, circulation room, and a place to play/exercise with the findings are "very appropriate" based on the Permendiknas Standard Number 24 of 2007 with a 97% conformity level.
