Abstract
Seorang guru dikatakan ideal ketika ia mampu membaca dan memprediksi kemampuan murid-muridnya, yaitu mengetahui gaya belajar setiap murid yang berbeda-beda, serta memahami karakter murid-muridnya sehingga guru mampu memposisikan diri dengan baik dalam menghadapi murid-muridnya sesuai dengan gaya belajar dan karakter mereka secara tepat. Pada penelitian kali ini peneliti akan meneliti tentang persepsi siswa kepada kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMK Karsa Mulya Kota Palangka Raya. Sejauh manakah guru PAI dalam memahami karakteristek siswa dari aspek moral, penguasaan teori dan prinsip belajar. Sedangkan persepsi adalah proses yang menyangkut masuknya informasi ke otak manusia, proses mengevaluasi dan persepsi siswa akan muncul setelah mereka mengamati, melihat dan merasakan kompetensi yang dimiliki guru PAI dalam proses belajar mengajar dan berinteraksi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian dengan memberikan deskripsi dan menggambarkan hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh dari data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisa dan dijelaskan dengan kata-kata. Adapun yang menjadi subyek adalah berdasarkan kriteria purposive sampling siswa-siswi kelas X jurusan TKRO dan TBSM. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMK Karsa Mulya sudah menguasai karakteristik peserta didik dari aspek moral dengan cara tidak membeda-bedakan siswa-siswinya, semua peserta didik diperlakukan dengan sama, guru PAI juga memberikan contoh berperilaku yang baik kepada setiap siswa-siswinya, membantu peserta didik yang kesulitan memahami materi pembelajaran, dan membantu siswa yang terkena musibah, sedangkan dalam penguasaan teori dan prinsip pembelajaran guru PAI SMK Karsa Mulya juga sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan cara menerapkan teori dan prinsip pembelajaran, seperti menguasai materi saat menjelaskan, pembahasan materi yang mudah dipahami peserta didik, menjelaskan materi sesuai dengan tema, dan guru PAI bisa membuat suasana pembelajaran terasa menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. menyatakan bahwa guru PAI di SMK Karsa Mulya kota Palangka Raya sudah melaksanakannya dengan baik.
ABSTRACT
A teacher is said to be ideal when he is able to read and predict the abilities of his students, namely knowing the different learning styles of each student, and understanding the character of his students so that the teacher is able to position his themselves well in dealing with their students according to their learning style and character appropriately. In this study, researchers will examine students' perceptions of the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at Karsa Mulya Vocational School, Palangka Raya City. The extent to which PAI teachers understand the characteristics of students from the moral aspect, mastery of theory and learning principles. While perception is a process that involves the entry of information into the human brain, the process of evaluating and perceiving students will appear after they observe, see and feel the competencies of PAI teachers in the teaching and learning process and interact.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, research by providing a description and describing the results of observations obtained from the data collected and then analyzed and explained in words. The subjects were based on purposive sampling of class X students majoring in TKRO and TBSM. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at Karsa Mulya Vocational School has mastered the characteristics of students from the moral aspect by not discriminating against their students, all students are treated equally, PAI teachers also provide examples of good behavior to each of their students. , helping students who have difficulty understanding learning materials, and helping students who are affected by disasters, while in mastering the theories and principles of learning PAI teachers at SMK Karsa Mulya have also been carried out well by applying learning theories and principles, such as mastering the material when explaining, discussing material that are easy for students to understand, explain the material according to the theme, and PAI teachers can make the learning atmosphere feel fun for students. stated that the PAI teachers at the Karsa Mulya Vocational School in Palangka Raya had implemented it well.
