Abstract

Sejak masuknya pandemi COVID-19 ke Indonesia, pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan pembatasan sosial berupa PSBB dan PPKM untuk mencegah penyebaran virus tersebut. Akibatnya, banyak UKM di Indonesia yang mengalami kerugian bahkan berujung pada tutupnya usaha mereka akibat berkurangnya konsumen hingga turunnya angka penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran pada UKM Pramesti Malima Energi Fokus Sejahtera (PMEFS) yang ada di kota Palangka Raya dan inovasi yang mereka lakukan dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan produknya selama pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua UKM PMEFS, anggota, serta konsumen dari UKM PMEFS. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Adapun untuk teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.

Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) strategi pemasaran UKM PMEFS menerapkan tiga pilar pemasaran yaitu Segmentation, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP) dan media pemasaran menggunakan media online, E-Commerce, serta konvensional. Sedangkan untuk upaya promosi menggunakan konsep Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, dan Satisfaction (AIDA(S)). (2) Inovasi yang dilakukan PMEFS untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan semasa pandemi COVID-19 adalah dengan memunculkan unit usaha baru berupa Sedapur yang berorientasi pada produk-produk siap saji dan produk inovasi hasil pengembangan produk yang sebelumnya sudah ada serta untuk membantu meningkatkan angka penjualan produk-produk berupa frozen food.

ABSTRACT

The government has extended the transitional period of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) and the existing multi-tiered public activity restrictions (PPKM) to prevent the spread of the virus during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The impacts of these policies were: many small and medium enterprises in Indonesia had suffered losses and had to close their businesses. These are due to the reduced number of consumers and the decline in sales figures. The aims of this research were: to determine the marketing strategy of Pramesti Malima Energy Focus Sejahtera (PMEFS) Small and Medium Enterprises in Palangka Raya city and the innovations were created by them in an effort to increase the product sales during the Covid-19 pandemic.

It was a field research using qualitative analysis method. The subjects were: the chairman, members, and consumers of PMEFS. Data collection techniques were: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through several stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Then the data were validated by triangulation techniques.

The results could be concluded that (1) PMEFS Small and Medium enterprises implemented three pillars of marketing strategy: Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) and also used marketing media such as; Online-shop, E-Commerce, and conventional media. Meanwhile, for promoting the products, they implemented the concept of Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, and Satisfaction (AIDA(S)). (2) The innovations implemented by PMEFS were: created a new business unit in the form of Sedapur which was oriented to serve the fast-food products and innovated the old products to increase the sales in the form of frozen foods.
