Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini menerapkan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pada pokok bahasan getaran dan gelombang di kelas VIII Semester II di MTsN 2 Palangka Raya Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengelolaan pembelajaran fisika melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pokok getaran dan gelombang, (2) Hasil belajar fisika setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pokok bahasan Getaran dan Gelombang, dan (3) Ketuntasan daya pikir kreatif siswa setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pokok bahasan Getaran dan Gelombang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan pengelolaan pembelajaran, tes hasil belajar (THB) kognitif siswa berjumlah 30 butir soal pilihan ganda dan 8 butir tes uji kreatif. Hasil uji coba THB kognitif dan esai uji kreatif diperoleh 22 butir soal yang dipakai dan soal esai uji kreatif diperoleh 6 butir soal dipakai yang telah diuji validitas, reabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda secara manual. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VIII-B semester II MTsN 2 Palangka Raya sejumlah 36 siswa.

Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) Pengelolaan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pada pokok bahasan Getaran dan Gelombang mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,58 dengan kategori baik. (2) Ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif secara individu terdapat 31 siswa yang tuntas dari 32 siswa yang mengikuti tes hasil belajar. Secara klasikal dikatakan tuntas, karena diperoleh 86,12% siswa tuntas sehingga memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan klasikal sebesar ≥75%. TPK kognitif yang tuntas sebanyak 21 TPK (77,78%) dari 27 TPK. (3) Siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan daya pikir kreatif setelah diterapkan strategi pembelajaran tipe Mind Map pada pokok bahasan getaran dan gelombang sebanyak 12 siswa (33,33%).

ABSTRACT

This research using learning strategy of Mind Map type on the subject of Vibes and Waves to the student of class VIII semester II at MTsN 2 Palangka Raya in academic years 2014/2015. The study is intended to know: (1) Physics learning management through learning strategy of Mind Map type on the Subject of Vibes and Waves, (2) learning achievement after learning strategy of Mind Map type on the subject of Vibes and Waves applied, and (3) achievement of the students creative thinking enhancement after learning strategy of Mind Map type on the subject of Vibes and Waves applied.

This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The instrument used is the observation sheet management of learning, achievement test (THB) of students cognitive, which test instruments totaled 30 points multiple choice questions with 4 options and 8 essay creative test. The trial results of 30 questions of THB obtained 22 questions valid, the result of essay creative test obtained 6 questions valid which manually tested validity, reability, difficulty level and different levels. The research sample is class VIII-B which number is 36 students.

The results were obtained: (1) learning management through learning strategy of Mind Map type on the subject of Vibes and Waves has average scored 3.58 with good category. (2) the learning mastery of cognitive learning outcomes individually there were 31 students who pass out of 36 students who take the test learning outcomes. Traditionally said to be complete, because it acquired 86.12% of the students that do meet the criteria of complete classical completeness of ≥ 75%. Complete cognitive TPK were 21 TPK (77.78%) of the 27 TPK. (3) The 12 students (33.33%) are passed the creative think completness after the a learning strategies of Mind Map type of the subject vibes and waves.
