Abstract
Abstract
Program pelibatan keluarga merupakan suatu program yang menekankan pada proses dan/atau cara keluarga untuk berperan serta dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Program dirancang untuk membentuk ekosistem pendidikan melalui jalinan sinergis kemitraan antara satuan pendidikan, keluarga, dan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pada penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), penerapan program mendukung kesiapan belajar anak untuk memasuki tahap selanjutnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian antara context, input, process, dan product penyelenggaraan program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya dengan petunjuk teknis penyelenggaraan pada satuan PAUD.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, dan Product) yang dikemukakan oleh Daniel L. Stufflebeam dkk. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket didukung dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka dalam rangka memberi makna pada hasil penelitian. Data yang diperoleh, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penyelenggaraan program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis. Pada komponen context diperoleh total rata-rata 82,80% yang menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian context program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya dengan petunjuk teknis berada pada kriteria sangat sesuai. Selanjutnya, komponen input diperoleh total rata-rata 82,67%, menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian input program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya dengan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan berada pada kriteria sangat sesuai. Berikutnya, komponen process diperoleh total rata-rata 78,45%, menunjukkan process pelaksanaan program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya dengan rancangan program yang telah disusun berada pada kriteria sesuai. Kemudian, komponen product diperoleh total rata-rata 83,28%, menunjukkan product penyelenggaraan program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya dengan petunjuk teknis berada pada kriteria sangat sesuai. Dengan demikian, penyelenggaraan program pelibatan keluarga di PAUD Jelita dapat dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan pada sosialisasi program, identifikasi kebutuhan, alternatif kegiatan di masa pandemi, variasi bentuk pelaksanaan kegiatan, kegiatan stimulasi bagi anak yang masih berada pada kategori mulai berkembang, dan ketertiban orang tua/wali dalam mengumpulkan tugas anak.
ABSTRACT
The family involvement program is a program that emphasizes the process and/or method of the family to participate in the implementation of education in order to achieve national education goals. The program is designed to form an educational ecosystem through synergistic partnerships between education units, families, and the surrounding community. In the implementation of Early Childhood Education (PAUD), program implementation supports children's learning readiness to enter the next stage.
This study aimed describing the suitability of the context, input, process, and product of the implementation of the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya with technical instructions for the implementation of the PAUD unit.
This study used the CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model proposed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam et al. The research applied a quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was supported by interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies to give meaning to the research results. Then, the data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics.
The results showed that the overall implementation of the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya was in accordance with the technical guidelines. In the context component, total average was 82.80% which indicated the level of conformity of the context of the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya with technical instruction was in the very appropriate criteria. Furthermore, the input component obtained total average was 82.67%, indicating the level of suitability of the input for the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya with the implementation need was in the very appropriate criteria. Next, the process component obtained total average was 78.45%, showing the process of implementing the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya with the program design that has been prepared according to the appropriate criteria. Then, the product component obtained total average was 83.28%, indicating that the product of the implementation of the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita Palangka Raya with technical instruction was in the very appropriate criteria. Thus, the implementation of the family involvement program at PAUD Jelita could be continued with improvements in program socialization, identification of needs, alternative activities during the pandemic, variations in the form of implementation of activities, stimulation activities for children who are still in the category of starting to develop, and orderliness of parents/guardians. in collecting children's assignments.
