Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari motivasi belajar peserta didik yang rendah karena kurang bervariasinya model pembelajaran dan Hasil kognitif peserta didik untuk kompetensi dasar sistem koordinasi adalah ≤ 70%, dapat dikatakan ada 30% peserta didik yang dibawah Kriteria Ketuntusan Minimal (KKM) atau nilai nya kurang dari 78.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi terhadap motivasi belajar materi sistem koordinasi kelas XI MAN Kota Palangka Raya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif materi sistem koordinasi kelas XI MAN Kota Palangka Raya dan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan model kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi materi sistem koordinasi kelas XI MAN Kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest- Posttest Design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif berupa 35 soal dan angket motivasi belajar. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas XI MIPA MAN Kota Palangka Raya dan sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes dan angket serta analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai thitung = 4,27 > ttabel = 1,772 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. (2) Hasil motivasi memiliki kriteria sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 3,35 (3) Terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dengan nilai thitung = 4,25 > ttabel = 1,662 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. (4) Hasil belajar kognitif dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 37 dan postest 85. (5) Keterlaksanaan model kooperatif Tipe TGT berbantuan media video animasi menunjukkan bahwa langkah langkah sudah berjalan dengan sistematis.

Abstract

This study departs from low student learning motivation due to the lack of variety of learning models and students' cognitive outcomes for the basic competence of the coordination system is ≤ 70%, it can be said that there are 30% of students under the Minimum Entity Criteria (KKM) or its value is less than 78.

This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model assisted by animated video media on the learning motivation of the class XI MAN coordination system in Palangka Raya City, to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model assisted by video animation media on the cognitive learning outcomes of the XI MAN grade coordination system in Palangka City Raya and to describe the implementation of the TGT type cooperative model assisted with video animation media in the coordination system of class XI MAN Palangkaraya City.

This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research with a Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument used was a cognitive learning achievement test in the form of 35 questions and a learning motivation questionnaire. The population of the study was class XI MIPA MAN Palangkaraya City and the research sample was class XI MIPA 2 as an experimental class and class XI MIPA 1 as a control class, amounting to 30 people each. Data were collected using a test and questionnaire method and data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2016.

The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of the TGT type cooperative model assisted by animated video media on learning motivation with a tcount = 4.27> ttable = 1.772 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. (2) Motivation results have very good criteria with an average value of 3.35 (3) There is an effect of the TGT type cooperative model assisted with animated video media on cognitive learning outcomes with a tcount = 4.25> ttable = 1.662 then H0 is rejected and Ha received. (4) Cognitive learning outcomes with an average score of 37 pretest and 85 posttest. (5) The implementation of the TGT Type cooperative model assisted by the video animation media shows that the steps have proceeded systematically.
