Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari hasil wawancara yang peneliti temukan pada pembelajaran fiqih dimana guru masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran ceramah dan tanya jawab sehingga masih banyak siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan metode card short untuk menambah referensi metode pembelajaran agar membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan metode card short pada masa pandemi mata pelajaran fiqih di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil dari penerapan metode card short pada masa pandemi di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah guru mata pelajaran fiqih,dan sumber data sekunder yang digunakan adalah data tertulis RPP, profil sekolah, profil guru, dan data siswa.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Persiapan guru sebelum menerapkan metode card short pada masa pandemi mata pelajaran fiqih di MA Darul Ulum ada 4 tahap, pertama menyiapkan silabus, kedua membuat RPP, ketiga menyiapkan potongan kartu, dan menjelaskan materi secara singkat dan jelas. 2) Guru dalam menerapkan metode card short telah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari langkah-langkah guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Mulai dari pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup sudah sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada. 3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran fiqih melalui teknik nontes dengan cara wawancara yaitu menanyakan secara langsung kepada siswa yang bersangkutan mengenai materi pelajaran yang telah diberikan. 4) Respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan card short positif. 5) Kendala guru yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan metode card short yaitu diwaktu, sebab dikondisi pandemic ini alokasi waktu untuk semua mata pelajaran dikurangi termasuk mata pelajaran fiqih. 6) Kendala siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran fiqih dengan menggunakan card short bervariasi, ada yang mengatakan mudah memahami da nada juga yang kesulitan dalam menjelaskan materi karena belum terbiasa sehingga perluh menyesuaikan diri.

Abstract

This research was focused on the findings of interview that researcher discovered in Fiqh learning where teachers kept applying question and answer learning methods, so there were many students who were less involved in the learning process. Therefore, the researcher utilized the card short method to enhance the guide for learning methods to make students more interested in learning.

The problem of this research was how to apply the sort card method during pandemic in Fiqh subject at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. This research then was aimed to find out, describe, and analyze the findings of card short method application during the pandemic in MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya.

This research applied descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used were observation, interview, and documentation. The source of data used were teachers of Fiqh subject, and the secondary data used were written lesson plan, school profile, teachers profile, and students data.

The findings showed that: 1) There are four stages of teachers preparation before applying the card short method during the pandemic of Fiqh subject in MA Darul Ulum; preparing the syllabus, making lesson plan, preparing the card pieces, and explaining the material briefly and clearly. 2) Teachers had done well in applying the sort card method which could be seen from the steps of the teacher in the learning process. Starting from the introduction, core and closing activities were in line with the existing guidelines. 3) Assessment performed by Fiqh teachers was by non-test methods, through interviewing students directly on the subject matter that had been given. 4) Student response after participating in learning using positive card short. 5) Teachers' obstacles faced by teachers in applying the card short method were time, because in this pandemic condition the time allocation for all subjects was reduced including fiqh subjects. 6) The obstacles of students in taking fiqh learning by using card short varied, some said it was easy to understand and also had difficulty explaining the material because they were not used to it so they needed to adjust themselves
