Abstract
Adanya permasalahan yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Amaliyah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya belum dapat mengelola keuangan dengan baik yang ditandai dengan belum tercapainya pengembangan usaha setelah beroperasi selama 23 tahun.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mendeskrepsikan Sistem Manajemen Keuangan Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Amaliyah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya serta manajemen keuangan dalam Hard Skill dan Soft Skill Management.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif.Pengumpulan data dilakukandengancaraobservasi, wawancaradandokumentasi..metode yang digunakandalammengolahdanmenganalisis data adalah metode Miles and Huberman.
Dari hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa:1) Dalam Sistem Manjemen Keuangan Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Amaliyah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya: a) Perencanaan kurang efektif sehingga beberapa rencana progam tidak dapat terealisasi, b) Pengorganisasian telah berjalan dengan baik, namun struktur organisasi koperasi belum menunjukan proses pengorganisasian yang lengkap, c)Modal terdiri dari Modal Sendiri dan Modal Pinjaman. Dalam pendayagunaan modal, koperasi belum berani menginvestasikan modal untuk usaha lain. Dana dari Sisa Hasil Usaha sebagian besar belum dibagi sesuai peruntukan dan dipasifkan di BRI Syari’ah, dan d) Pengawasan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. 2)Pengurus dan Badan Pengawas memiliki Soft Skill Management namun belum memiliki Hard Skill Management.
ABSTRACT
There are problems that indicated that the financial management of Amaliyah Civil Servants Cooperation at Palangka Raya Ministry of Religion Affairs office, namely financial management has not been implemented properly. It was evidenced by the lack of achievement of business development after operating for 23 years.
The purposes of this research were; to examine and descibe the Amaliyah Civil Servent Cooperation system and financial management of hardskill and soft skill at Palangka Raya Ministry of Religious Affairs office.
This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher analyzed the data using Mile and Huberman method.
The results of research were; 1) The Amaliyah Civil Servent Cooperation systems at Palangka Raya Ministry of Religious Affairs office: a) the planning was ineffective, so some planning programs could not be realized, b) organizing process had been going well, but the cooperative organizational structure had not shown a complete organizing process, c) capital consisted of own capital and loan capital. In utilizing capital, cooperation had not dared to invest the capital into other businesses. Funds from remaining business results were largely not shared according to designation and passive at BRI Syari'ah, and d) Supervision had been carried out properly.2) Management and the Supervisory Board had soft skill management but they did not have hard skill management.
