Abstract
Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No 14 Tahun 2005 bab III, pasal 7 ayat 1 poin c tentang prinsip profesionalitas bahwa: “kualifikasi akademik danlatarbelakangpendidikansesuaidenganbidangtugas.”Upaya awal yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas guru. Guru harus memiliki kompetensi profesional salah satunya yaitu guru harus mengajar sesuai dengan keahlian dibidangnya namun realitanya guru yang mengajar di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup Kabupaten Murung Raya adalah guru IPS Olehkarenaituidealnya guru yang mengajarmatapelajaranPendidikan Agama Islam adalah guru yang berkualifikasiakademik Pendidikan Agama Islam.Penulistertarikuntukmelihatlebihjauh proses pembelajaranpendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup Kabupaten Murung Raya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Apakah guru IPS merencanakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup, 2) Bagaimana kemampuan guru IPS Melaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup dan 3) Bagaimana kemampuan guru IPS melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup ?
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI pada kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup Kabupaten Murung Raya.
Penelitianinimenggunakanpendekatankualitatif, objekpenelitianadalahkemampuan guru melaksanakanpembelajaranPAI di kelas VII.Sedangkansubyekpenelitianiniadalah guru IPS, yang menjadiinformanadalahkepalasekolah dan siswa-siswi kelas VII.Adapunteknik pengumpulan data melaluiteknikobservasi, wawancaradandokumentasi.Agar menjamin ke absahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi, untuk menguji terhadap berbagai sumber. Kemudian data dianalisisdengan4tahapanyaituData Colellecting,Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusing Drawing.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Guru tidak membuat program pembelajaran. Setiap kali pertemuan guru IPS hanya membawa sumber belajar berupa buku paket, tanpa ada persiapan pembelajaran yang terorganisir. 2)Guru melaksanakan pembelajaran PAI pleksibel saja maksudnya spontan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di dalam kelas mengikuti kesesuaian materi yang diajarkan dengan buku paket. 3) Guru melaksanakanpenilaianselama proses belajarmengajarberlangsungwalau pelaksanaanya tidak setiap kali pertemuan.
ABSTRACT
The Constitution of the Republic of IndonesiaNo. 14 Year 2005 chapter III, article 7, section 1 point c about the principles of professionalism that: "the academic qualifications and educational background in accordance with its duties". Initial efforts in improving the quality of education is the teachers’ quality. Teachers must have the professional competence of one of them that teachers should teach according to their field of expertise, but the reality teacher at SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup, Murung Raya District is a social studies teacher. Therefore ideally teachers who teach the subject of Islamic education is an academic qualified teacher of Islamic education. Authors interested to see further learning Islamic education at SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup Murung Raya District.
The problem in this research are: 1) Is the social studies teacher to plan the implementation of PAI learning at SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup?, 2) How do the social studies teacher do PAI learning at SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup? and 3) How do the social studies teacher conducting evaluations for PAI learning at SMP 3 Laung Tuhup?The research objectives were to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of teachers in the implementation of PAI learning in class VII at SMP Negeri 3 Laung Tuhup Murung Raya.
This study used a qualitative approach, the object of the study is the ability of teachers to implement PAI learning in class VII. While this research subject is social studies teacher, the informant is the principal and students of class VII. The data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. In order to guarantee to the valid data using triangulation, for testing against a variety of sources. Then the data were analyzed with 4 stages areData Collecting, Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusing Drawing.
The results showed that 1) Teachers do not make learning program. Every time social studies teacher meetings only bring learning resources such as textbooks, without any preparation organized learning. 2) Teachers implement PAI learning fleksibely just mean spontaneous learning in the classroom implementation follows the suitability of material taught in the textbooks. 3) Teachers carry out assessment during the learning process takes place even though the practices were not any meetings.
