Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam di SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif saja, tetapi juga sangat menekankan aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Aspek afektif dan psikomotorik ini dikembangkan melalui pengembangan kemampuan soft skills siswa di sekolah tersebut. Mengingat pentingnya kemampuan soft skills siswa itu maka guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) harus memiliki strategi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan soft skills siswa. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi-strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI untuk mengembangkan kemampuan soft skills siswa di SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala, meliputi bagaimana strategi guru PAI mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa, kemampuan bekerjasama siswa, dan kepribadian (etika dan moral) siswa.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang dilakukan di SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, Penggalian data di lapangan menggunakan teknik observasi secara langsung sesuai dengan kebutuhan data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya menggunakan teknik wawancara, baik dengan subjek penelitian dan informan. Adapun dokumentasi merupakan crosscheck data dari wawancara dan observasi yang diteliti. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan memilah atau memilih data yang sesuai dengan rumusan masalah kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori-teori yang mendukung dan diakhiri dengan kesimpulan

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Guru PAI Mengembangkan kemampuan Soft Skills Siswa di SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala Kabupaten Pulang Pisau meliputi: (1) Strategi Guru PAI mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa adalah menggunakan strategi integrasi soft skills melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dan strategi pendidikan (re-education strategies) melalui pelatihan pada kegiatan pelatihan pidato. (2) Strategi Guru PAI mengembangkan kemampuan bekerjasama siswa adalah menggunakan strategi integrasi soft skills melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dan strategi pendidikan (re-education strategies) melalui pelatihan kegiatan latihan maulid habsy. (3) Strategi Guru PAI mengembangkan kemampuan etika dan moral (kepribadian) siswa adalah menggunakan strategi penularan soft skills melalui keteladan guru, pemberian motivasi, nasehat dan pemberian komptensi tambahan dan strategi bujukan (persuasive strategi) melalui motivasi dan nasehat untuk selalu berkepribadian yang baik, serta strategi paksaan (power strategies) yang berbentuk intimidasi dan hukuman bagi siswa yang melanggar peraturan yang sudah ditentukan tentang kepribadian (etika dan moral) siswa.

ABSTRACT

The implementation of Islamic education in SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala not only emphasizes the cognitive aspects, but also strongly emphasizes the affective and psychomotor aspects. These affective and psychomotor aspects are developed through the development of students' soft skills abilities at the school. The importance of students 'soft skills abilities, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers must have a strategy to developing students' soft skills abilities. This research was conducted to describe how the strategies implemented by PAI teachers to develop students' soft skills abilities in SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala, included how PAI teacher strategies develop students' communication skills, students' collaborative abilities, and personalities (ethics and morals) ) students.
This reserach used qualitative research method, which was conducted SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala Pulang Pulang District, data collection in the field used direct observation techniques in accordance with the needs of the data obtained, then used interview techniques, both with research subjects and informants. The documentation was a crosscheck of data from the interviews and observations studied. Analysis of the data was used to sort or select data in accordance with the formulation of the problem and then analyzed used theories that support and concluded with a conclusion
The results of this research indicate that of PAI Teacher Strategy Developing Soft Skills abilities of Students in SMPN Satu Atap 2 Kahayan Kuala Pulang Pulang District includes: (1) PAI's Teacher Strategy in developing students' communication skills was used a strategy of integrating soft skills through cooperative learning and educational strategies (re- education strategies) through training in speech training activities. (2) PAI's Teacher Strategy in developing students' collaborative abilities was used soft skills integration strategies through cooperative learning and education strategies (re-education strategies) through training for maulid habsy training activities. (3) PAI's Teacher Strategy to develop students' ethical and moral abilities (personality) was used soft skills transmission through teacher modeling, motivating, giving advice and giving additional competencies and persuasion strategies through motivation and advice to always have a good personality, and force strategies in the form of intimidation and punishment for students who violate predetermined rules about the personality (ethics and morals) of students.
