Abstract
Manajemen kinerja dalam tugas seseorang guru meliputi mendidik, mengajar, dan melatih. Mendidik berarti meneruskan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai hidup. Mengajar berarti meneruskan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Sedangkan melatih berarti mengembangkan keterampilan-keterampilan pada siswa yang ada. Sehingga guru dalam melaksanakan fungsinya, semakin terjamin, tercipta, dan terbinanya kesiapan dan keandalan seseorang sebagai manusia pembangun. Dengan kata lain wajah diri bangsa dimasa depan tercermin potret diri para guru masa kini, dan gerak maju dinamika kehidupan bangsa berbanding lurus dengan citra para guru ditengah-tengah masyarakat saat ini. Oleh sebab itu, maka yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam, penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana Manajemen Kinerja Guru di MIN 1 Kelurahan Pulang Pisau? (2) Bagaimana manajemen peningkatan kinerja kinerja Guru di MIN 1 Kelurahan Pulang Pisau ?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian di MIN 1 Pulang Pisau dengan informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Kurikulum serta guru MIN 1 Pulang Pisau. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verivikasi data, Sedangkan teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan tri angulasi teknik dan tri angulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) manajemen kinerja guru di MIN 1 Pulang Pisau dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi dan tindak lanajut peningkatatan kinerja guru. (2) Upaya peningkatan kinerja guru di MIN 1 Pulang Piasau diawali dengan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, sedangkan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja guru adalah dengan cara melakukan kegiatan KKG, Pendalaman IT, IHT pengembangan RPP Keterampilan, penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) serta mengikutsertakan para guru dalam kegiatan pembinaan personal tenaga pendidik / kependidikan dan workshop/ Bimtek yang diadakan oleh pemerintah.
ABSTRACT
Performance management in one's teacher's duties includes educating, teaching, and training. Educating means continuing and developing life values. Teaching means continuing and developing science and technology. While training means developing skills in existing students. So that the teacher in carrying out its functions, the more guaranteed, created, and fostering one's readiness and reliability as a human builder. In other words, the face of the nation's future is reflected in the self-portrait of teachers today, and the dynamic movement of the nation's life is directly proportional to the image of teachers in the midst of today's society. Therefore, the problems in this research are: (1) How is the Teacher Performance Management in MIN 1 Kelurahan Pulang Pisau? (2) How does management improve teacher performance in MIN 1 Kelurahan Pulang Pisau?
This research uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive qualitative type. The research sites in MIN 1 Pulang Pisau with research informants are school principals, Student Waka, Waka Curriculum and MIN 1 Pulang Pisau teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques then data analysis techniques in this study were carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, while the data validation technique uses tri angulation techniques and tri angulation of sources.
The results obtained (1) teacher performance management at MIN 1 Pulang Pisau is carried out in four stages, namely, learning planning, learning implementation, evaluation and follow-up of teacher performance improvement. (2) Efforts to improve teacher performance in MIN 1 Pulang Piasau begin with a process of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring, while the activities carried out in order to improve teacher performance are by conducting KKG activities, IT Deepening, IHT development of Skills RPP, strengthening character education (PPK) as well as involving teachers in the activities of personal development of teaching staff / educators and workshops / Bimtek held by the government
