Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VIII SMPN 9 Palangka Raya materi sistem pencernaan manusia berbantuan media animasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan keterterapan model Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi materi sistem pencernaan manusia (2) untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia melalui model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi terhadap minat belajar peserta didik materi sistem pencernaan manusia (4) untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia melalui model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi (5) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik materisistem pencernaan manusia.

Penelitian ini menggunakan model Reciprocal Learning. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuantitaf adalah pendekatan yang banyak dituntut menggunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran penggunaan data tersebut. Desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket yang diberikan ke peserta didik untuk mengetahui minat belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Reciprocal Learning dan instrumen tes soal diberikan kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai model menggunakan model Reciprocal Learning.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi mencapai rata-rata 98,33% dengan kategori baik, (2) minat belajar peserta didik materi sistem pencernan manusia berbantuan media animasi didapat nilai 6,1 dengan kriteria sedang (3) ada pengaruh minat belajar peserta didik materi sistem pencernaan manusia berbantuan media animasi diperoleh nilai thitung 5,0 lebih besar dari pada ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak (4) Hasil belajar kognitif menerapkan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning memperoleh nilai 78,2 dengan kriteria baik. (5) ada pengaruh model Reciprocal Learning terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik materi sistem pencernaan manusia berbantuan media animasi diperoleh thitung = 8,78 dan ttabel 1,6 maka thitung > ttabel. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Reciprocal Learning berbantuan media animasi materi sistem pencernaan manusia terdapat pengaruh terhadap minat dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 9 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This research was conducted in VIII class SMPN 9 Palangka Raya, with the material course is the Human Digestive System supported by animation media. The purpose of this study are: 1) to describe the implementation of the Reciprocal Learning model supported by the animation media of the human digestive system course 2) to describe the students’ interests on the human digestive system course through the learning Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media 3) to know the effect of the Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media on the students’ interest in the human digestive system course 4) to describe the result of cognitive learning process students on the human digestive system course through the learning Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media 5) to know the effect of Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media toward the result of cognitive learning students on the digestive system course. Applied data were measured using a test method that is pre-test and post-test.

This study uses a Reciprocal Learning model. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative is an approach that is demended to uses numbers, ranging from data collection, interpretation of the use of the data. Design of Nonequivalent Control Group research. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires given to student’s to determine studen’s learning interest using the Reciprocal Learning model and the test questions were given to students to determine the effect of the model’s value using the Reciprocal Learning model.

The results show that: 1) Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media reaches an average of 98.33% with a good category 2) Student’s on the human digestive system course through the learning Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media obtained a value of 6.1 with moderate criteria 3) there is effect of students’ interest on the human digestive system course through the learning Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media obtained the value of t arithmetic 5.0 greater than t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected 4) the result of cognitive learning process students on the human digestive system course through the learning Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media with scored 78.2 with good criteria 5) there is effect of Reciprocal Learning model supported by animation media toward the result of cognitive learning students on the digestive system course obtained t count = 8.78 and t table 1.6 then t count > t table. The results of this study can be concluded that the Reciprocal Learning model is assisted by the animation media of the human digestive system material, there is an influence of interest and cognitive learning outcomes of students in class VIII of SMPN 9 Palangka Raya
