Abstract
Dalam rangka memaksimalkan hasil pendidikan guru selama di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se Kecamatan Cempaga, dilaksanakan pembiasaan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah. salah satu strategi supaya siswa terbiasa melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah guru harus memiliki persepsi dan memerankan dirinya sebagai role model dalam membiasakan ṣalat berjama’ah, apakah guru sudah memiliki persepsi dan memerankan dirinya sebagai role model, dalam membiasakan ṣalat hal ini perlu diteliti, sehingga rumusan masalah penelitian:1) Bagaimana persepsi guru PAI mengenai posisi dirinya sebagai role mode dalam membiasakan siswa melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah? 2) Bagaimana guru PAI memerankan dirinya sebagai role model dalam membiasakan siswa melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah? 3) Bagaimana persepsi siswa tentang peran guru PAI sebagai role model dalam melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se Kecamatan Cempaga? dan 4) Bagaimana kontribusi atau dampak role model guru PAI terhadap kebiasaan siswa melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se Kecamatan Cempaga.
Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian role model guru PAI dalam membiasakan siswa melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah. Subjek penelitian 7 orang guru PAI, 3 orang kepala Madrasah dan 9 orang siswa sebagai informan. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data: Wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber, kemudian dianalis melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu data collection (pengumpulan data), data display (penyajian data) dan data drawing verifying (kesimpulan).
Hasil penelitian: a) Guru PAI berpersepsi bahwa dirinya sebagai role model dalam membiasakan ṣalat berjama’ah di Madrasah, b) guru PAI telah memerankan dirinya sebagai role model membiasakan siswa dalam kegiatan, c) persepsi siswa bahwa guru PAI telah memerankan dirinya sebagai role model dalam membiasakan melaksanakan ṣalat ẓuhur berjama’ah, d) kontribusi/dampak persepsi dan peran guru PAI sebagai role model siswa memahami dan menyadari bahwa ṣalat merupakan kewajiban yang telah ditentukan waktunya memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan ṣalat serta aktif melaksanakan ṣalat berjama’ah di Madrasah begitu sampai waktunya sudah tidak dipaksa lagi untuk mengerjakannya.
Abstract
In order to maximize the results of teacher education while in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah throughout Cempaga sub-district, namely by familiarizing ẓuhur prayer in congregation. One ofstrategies for students to become accustomed to performing ẓuhur prayers in congregation is that the teacher must have a perception and portray himself as a role model in getting used to prayer in congregation. Do teachers have perceptions and portray themselves as role models? In getting used to prayer, this needs to be examined, so the research problem formulations are: 1) How is the Islamic education teacher's perception of her position as a role mode in getting students to perform ẓuhur prayer in congregation? 2) How can Islamic education teachers portray themselves as role models in accustoming students to praying ẓuhur in congregation? 3) What are the students' perceptions about the role of Islamic education teachers as role models in carrying out ẓuhur prayers in congregation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah throughout Cempaga sub-district? and 4) What is the contribution or impact of the role model of Islamic education teachers to the habits of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Cempaga District.
This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The object of research is the role model of Islamic education teachers in accustoming students to performing ẓuhur prayer in congregation. The research subjects are 7 Islamic education teachers as respondents, 3 principals of madrasah and 9 students as informants. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques use triangulation methods and source triangulation, then analyzed through several stages, namely data collection, data display, and data verifying.
The results of the study: a) Islamic education teachers perceive themselves as role models in accustoming congregational prayer in Madrasahs, b) Islamic education teachers have played themselves as role models to accustom students to activities, c) students' perceptions that Islamic education teachers have played themselves as roles a model in familiarizing the ẓuhur prayer in congregation, d) contribution/mpact of perceptions and the role of Islamic education teachers as role models of students in understanding and realizing that prayeris a predetermined obligation to have knowledge and skills, and actively carry out prayer congregation in madrasah once until the time it is no longer forced to do it.
