Abstract

Motivasi kerja sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan suatu kinerja. Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat didukung dengan Information Technology atau berbasis IT dalam hal meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan pengamatan di SMA Muhammadiyah Palangaka Raya, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis IT belum sepenuhnya maksimal dengan kendala fasilitas sekolah, pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru serta usia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh: (1) motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya, (2) kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis IT terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya, (3) motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis IT secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menguji kausalitas (sebab-akibat) pengaruh antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 47 guru dan 505 peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya dengan mengambil sampel 42 guru dan 223 peserta didik. Untuk menghitung validitas butir angket digunakan korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Uji hipotesis menggunakan proses perhitungan dengan pendekatan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 25.0.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik; (2) kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis IT berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,30%, (3) motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis IT secara bersama berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 27,10%, selebihnya sebesar 72,90% ditentukan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Work motivation was needed to realize a performance. Teacher performance in the implementation of learning can be supported by Information Technology or IT-based in terms of increasing student learning achievement. Based on observations at Muhammadiyah High School in Palangaka Raya, work motivation and performance of teachers in the implementation of IT-based learning has not been fully maximized with the constraints of school facilities, teacher's knowledge and skills as well as age.
This reseach aims to analyze and determine the effect of: (1) work motivation on learning achievement of Muhammadiyah Senior High School students in Palangka Raya, (2) teacher performance in implementing IT-based learning on learning achievement of Muhammadiyah Senior High School students in Palangka Raya, (3) motivation teacher's work and performance in implementing IT-based learning simultaneously on the learning achievements of Muhammadiyah Senior High School students in Palangka Raya.

This research was a quantitative study that tests the causality (cause-effect) influence between variables through testing the hypothesis that has been formulated. The study population was 47 teachers and 505 Muhammadiyah Senior High School students in Palangka Raya by taking a sample of 42 teachers and 223 students. To calculate the validity of the questionnaire items Pearson Product Moment correlation was used. Hypothesis testing used a calculation process with a simple regression analysis approach and multiple regression with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version.25.0.

The results showed that: (1) work motivation did not have a positive effect on student achievement; (2) teacher performance in implementing IT-based learning has a positive effect on student achievement with a contribution of 18.30%;(3) work motivation and teacher performance in implementing IT-based learning together has a positive effect on student achievement in learning by 27,10%, the remaining is 72.90% determined by other variables outside the study.
