Abstract

Setiap awal tahun ajaran baru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya melaksanakan tes baca tulis Al-Qur'an bagi siswa yang baru naik ke kelas IV, untuk mengetahui kemampuan dasar baca tulis Al-Qur'an siswa. Sebagai tindak lanjut bagi siswa yang dikategorikan belum mampu, dimasukkanlah dalam Program Tahsin Membaca Al-Qur’an.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui: 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan program tahsin membaca Al-Qur’an sebagai upaya meningkatkan prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. Mendalami pada lima komponen pendidikan yang terkait, yaitu: siswa, guru, metode, materi, evaluasi; dan, 2) Bagaimana prestasi belajar Al-Quran Hadits sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti program tahsin Al-Quran.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dan dalam pembahasannya menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik penggalian data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada guru, kepala madrasah sebagai key informent, observasi kelas pembelaran tahsin, dan dokumentasi yang dipertajam dengan triangulasi metode.

Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1) Pelaksanan program tahsin membaca Al-Qu’an sebagai upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya untuk komponen guru pembimbing tahsin membaca Al-Qur’an adalah guru madrasah sendiri, dipilih berdasarkan musyawarah dengan pertimbangan memiliki skill baca tulis Al-Quran dari rumpun guru bidang studi Al-Quran Hadits. Menjalankan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan kreatif mengondisikan siswa yang mengikuti program tahsin; siswa tahsin membaca Al-Qur’an adalah peserta didik kelas IV dan yang terpilih karena belum mampu membaca Al-Quran dengan baik; metode Iqra menjadi pilihan program tahsin karena simpel dan mudah bagi orang tua dan siswa ketika mengulangnya di rumah. Pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode utama drill dan demonstrasi, dilakukan secara individual saat bimbingan membaca Al-Qur’an dan dengan cara klasikal ketika mengajarkan tajwid; materi yang menjadi penekanan adalah membaca, menulis, tajwid; dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberdayakan pengisian buku prestasi mengaji yang selalu di bawa saat bimbingan, sehingga terlihat kemajuan tiap prosesnya. 2) Prestasi siswa sebelum mengikuti tahsin sangat rendah hal tersebut terbukti pada nilai yang diperoleh saat ulangan, hampir rata-rata belum mencapai nilai KKM, prestasi sesudah mengikuti tahsin membaca Al-Qur’an meningkat terbukti adanya prestasi nilai belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits sudah mencapai target nilai KKM.

ABSTRACT

Every beginning of the new school year, the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya conducts a Qur'anic literacy test for student who has just risen to class IVin order to find the basic ability in reciting and writing Al-Qur'an out. As a follow up for students who are categorized as not capable yet, they are included in the Al-Qur'an Reciting Tahsin Program.

This research aims to know: 1) how is the implementation of the Al-Qur'an reciting tahsin program as an effort to improve students achievement in the Al-Qur'an hadits subject in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. Exploring the five related educational components, namely: student, teacher, method, material, evaluation; and 2) how is the achievement of studying Al-Qur'an hadits before and after taking part in the Al-Qur'an reciting tahsin program.

This research is qualitative research, and analytic descriptive method is used in the discussion. Thedata retrieval technique is an interview to the teacher of head of Madrasah as the key informant, tahsin class observations, and documentation which is sharpened by triangulation method.

The results of the research are: 1) Implementation of the Qur'an reciting program as an effort to improve student achievement in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya in which for the component of the Al-Qur'an recitingtutor is the madrasah's teacher itself,it is chosen based on deliberation with the consideration of having the Quran reciting and writing skills from the teacher group of Al-Quran Hadith subject. Performing tasks responsibly and condition students creatively who take the tahsin program; students of tahsin program are fourth grade studentswhich chosen because they have not able to recite the Al-Qur'anyet properly. Students want to join the Tahsin program because they are motivated by their seniors who are proven to be able to follow the Al-Quran Hadith study in which they also have felt the benefits; the Iqra method becomes the choice of the tahsin program because it is simple and easy for parents and students to repeat it at home. In its implementation use the main methods of drill and demonstration, carried out in individually when guidance in reciting the Qur'an and in classical ways when teaching recitation/tajwid; the materialsare reciting, writing, tajwid; and evaluation which is carried out by empowering the filling of the Qur'an achievement book which is always brought during the guidance, so that the progress of each process can be seen. 2) The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya succeeded in implementing the Al-Qur'an reciting tashsin program, as evidenced by the increasing of student achievement scores in the Al-Qur'an Al-Hadith subject after joining the Tahsin program.
