Abstract
Mobile Banking BSI merupakan aplikasi layanan yang sangat membantu nasabah dalam bertransaksi dan merasa sangat puas karena tanpa harus datang langsung ke bank. Selain itu juga menghemat waktu dan biaya, dengan mobile banking juga nasabah lebih leluasa melakukan segala transaksinya. Tampilan mobile banking ¬BSI menarik dan mudah dipahami, penggunaan mobile banking BSI memberikan keamanan dan privasi bagi setiap penggunanya karena didalam mobile banking terdapat kata sandi dan pin yang hanya diketahui oleh nasabah itu sendiri, bahkan pihak bank pun tidak mengetehaui pin dan sandi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi persepsi dan aspek kemudahan dalam penggunaan mobile banking di Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian ini ialah fenomenologi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggambarkan kondisi apa adanya, tanpa adanya manipulasi pada variable yang diteliti. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah sebanyak enam orang. Dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan tambahan informan dua orang yaitu Costumer service dan Teller. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian dengan purposive sampling. Sumber data didapatkan dari teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi mobile banking BSI mempermudah nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi tanpa harus datang langsung ke bank dan menghemat waktu dan biaya, nasabah juga lebih leluasa dalam melakukan semua transaksinya. Selain memudahkan nasabah dalam bertransaksi juga dapat bernanfaat bagi nasabah dan pihak bank. Bagi nasabah manfaat mobile banking yaitu mempermudah dalam bertransaksi, hal tersebut juga dapat bermanfaat bagi pihak bank yaitu mengurangi antrian nasabah di bank, sehingga pihak bank seperti costumer serviec dan Teller dapat melakukan perkerjaan lain.
ABSTRACT
BSI Mobile Banking is a service application that really helps customers in transacting and feels very satisfied because they don't have to come directly to the bank. Besides that, it also saves time and costs, with mobile banking, customers are also more free to carry out all their transactions. The appearance of BSI mobile banking is attractive and easy to understand, the use of BSI mobile banking provides security and privacy for each user because in mobile banking there are passwords and pins that are only known by the customer himself, even the bank does not know the pin and password. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze perceptions and aspects of ease of use of mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangka Raya.
This type of research is phenomenology using a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes the conditions as they are, without any manipulation of the variables studied. The subjects in this study were customers as many as six people. In this study, two additional informants were used, namely Customer service and Teller. The technique of determining the research subject was purposive sampling. Sources of data obtained from interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the steps of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verifying data. Validation of data using data source triangulation techniques.
The results of this study are the BSI mobile banking application makes it easier for customers to make transactions without having to come directly to the bank and save time and costs, customers are also more flexible in carrying out all transactions. In addition to making it easier for customers to transact, it can also be useful for customers and the bank. For customers, the benefits of mobile banking are making transactions easier, it can also be useful for the bank, namely reducing customer queues at the bank, so that banks such as customer service and tellers can do other work.
