Abstract
BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya turut serta dalam pelayanan lembaga keuangan dengan corak khusus yaitu pelayanan perbankan dengan nafas keIslaman melalui salah satu produknya yaitu produk Tabungan Haji dan Umrah yang hingga saat ini masih sangat sedikit yang mendaftar dan belum ada yang mencapai porsi Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan yang lebih detail dalam rangka membuat strategi dan pengenalan masalah yang sedang dan belum terjadi pada produk tabungan haji dan umroh yang ada di BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Ada 2 (dua) subjek penelitian ini ibu Teti Sugiarti, S.Pd., dan bapak Krismanik Maninto. Serta 2 (dua) informan yaitu bapak Muhammad Taufik dan ibu Amelia Wahyu Salsabilla yang menjadi sumber dan riset. Teknik pengabsahan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui metode triangulasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mekanisme produk Tabungan Haji dan Umrah pada BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya dimulai dengan pemasaran produk ke acara keagamaan dan guru-guru di sekolah. Calon nasabah yang mendaftarkan dirinya sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku, nasabah akan mendapatkan buku tabungan terkait jumlah saldo dan mulai melaksanakan setorannya. Setelah dana setoran mencapai biaya porsi haji senilai Rp25.000.000,00, dana tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan porsi hajinya di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
Analisis SWOT pada produk Tabungan Haji dan Umrah pada BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya menghasilkan beberapa strategi yaitu strategi SO (Strengths Opportunities) seperti mempertahankan kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan perluasan area promosi; strategi WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) seperti menentukan estimasi setoran, menambah SDM, perluasan pemasaran ke media sosial, hingga membantu nasabah mendapatkan porsi hajinya; strategi ST (Strengths Threats) seperti memberikan pelayanan prima, peningkatan kualitas tanpa menghilangkan keunggulan produk, dan memperkuat product branding; serta strategi WT (Weaknesess Threats) seperti menentukan batas waktu setoran, membantu nasabah mendapatkan porsi haji, dan meningkatkan area promosi ke sosial media dan organisasi kemasyarakatan.
ABSTRACT
BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya participates in the service of financial institutions with a special style, namely banking services with an Islamic breath through one of its products, namely the Hajj and Umrah Savings products, which until now are still very few who have registered and no one has reached the portion of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study aims to find out more detailed calculations in order to make strategies and identify problems that are and have not occurred in Hajj and Umrah savings products at BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya.
This type of research uses field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interviews, and documentation. There are 2 (two) subjects in this research, Mrs. Teti Sugiarti, S.Pd., and Mr. Krismanik Maninto. And 2 (two) informants, namely Mr. Muhammad Taufik and Mrs. Amelia Wahyu Salsabilla who became sources and research. The data validation technique used is the triangulation method. Then the data analysis technique in this study uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study conclude that the mechanism for the Hajj and Umrah Savings product at BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya begins with product marketing to religious events and teachers at schools. Prospective customers who register themselves in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, customers will get a savings book related to the amount of balance and start making deposits. After the deposited funds reach the cost of the hajj portion of Rp. 25,000,000.00, the funds will be used to get the hajj portion at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
SWOT analysis on Hajj and Umrah Savings products at BPRS Mitra Amanah Palangka Raya resulted in several strategies, namely the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy such as maintaining product quality, service, and expanding the promotion area; WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) strategies such as determining deposit estimates, adding human resources, expanding marketing to social media, to helping customers get their hajj portion; ST strategy (Strengths Threats) such as providing excellent service, improving quality without losing product excellence, and strengthening product branding; as well as WT (Weaknesses Threats) strategies such as determining deposit deadlines, helping customers get a portion of hajj, and increasing promotion areas to social media and community organizations.
