Abstract
Penerapan metode resitasi (penugasan) dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 tentu akan menimbulkan suatu reaksi dari peserta didik. Bahkan pada kasus mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK) IAIN Palangka Raya. seringkali masih terdapat keluhan dari mahasiswa terhadap tugas-tugas yang diberikan pendidik. Ada yang menganggap bahwa tugas yang diberikan sangat banyak, adapula yang tugas yang diberikan dengan keadaan peserta didik belum memahami materi pembelajaran. Namun ada mahasiswa yang menyatakan bahwa metode resitasi merupakan sebuah metode yang menarik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran secara online (daring). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) persepsi mahasiswa program studi PAI angkatan 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya terhadap penerapan metode resitasi di masa pandemi covid-19, dan 2) dampak penerapan metode resitasi di masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap mahasiswa program studi PAI angkatan 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods, subjeknya adalah 161 mahasiswa program studi PAI angkatan 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya dan dosen homebase PAI yang mengajar pada program studi PAI angkatan 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya sebagai informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan presentase tabulasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verification.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) persepsi mahasiswa PAI angkatan 2019 terhadap penerapan metode resitasi di masa pandemi covid-19 pada komponen kognitif ada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 67,1%, persepsi mahasiswa PAI angkatan 2019 pada komponen afektif ada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 52,2%, persepsi mahasiswa PAI angkatan 2019 pada komponen konatif ada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 69,6% dengan presentase rata-rata keseluruhan komponen kognitif, afektif, dan konatif sebanyak 62,97%. 2) dampak penerapan metode resitasi di masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap mahasiswa program studi PAI angkatan 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya terdiri dari dampak positif yaitu a) membantu memahami materi, b) mengasah pengetahuan dan keterampilan, c) menumbuhkan kebiasaan positif, dan dampak negatif penerapan Metode Resitasi di masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap mahasiswa program studi PAI angkatan 2019 adalah a) Hambatan interaksi, dan b) kendala fasilitas.
ABSTRACT
The application of the recitation method (assignment) in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic will certainly cause a reaction from students. Even in the case of students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Palangka Raya. Often there are still complaints from students about the assignments given by educators. There are those who think that the assignments given are very many, some are given the tasks with the condition that the students do not understand the learning material. However, there are students who state that the recitation method is an interesting method to use in online learning. This study aims to find out 1) the perceptions of students of the PAI study program class of 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya on the application of the recitation method during the covid-19 pandemic, and 2) the impact of applying the recitation method during the covid-19 pandemic on students of the 2019 FTIK PAI study program. This type of research is a mixed methods research, the subjects are 161 students of the Islamic Education Study Program class of 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya and the PAI homebase lecturer who teaches at the 2019 Islamic Education study program FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya as informants. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation, data validation techniques used triangular sources and percentage tabulations, while data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and verification.
The results of this study indicate that 1) the perception of PAI students of class 2019 on the application of the recitation method during the covid-19 pandemic on the cognitive component is in the good category with a percentage of 67.1%, the perception of PAI students for the class of 2019 on the affective component is in the good category with a percentage 52.2%, the perception of PAI students for the class of 2019 on the conative component is in the good category with a percentage of 69.6% with an average percentage of the overall cognitive, affective, and conative components as much as 62.97%. 2) the impact of the application of the recitation method during the covid-19 pandemic on the PAI student study program batch 2019 FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya consists of positive impacts, namely a) helping to understand the material, b) increasing knowledge and skills, c) increasing positive development, and negative impacts the application of the Recitation Method during the covid-19 pandemic to students of the 2019 PAI study program were a) interaction barriers, and b) facility constraints.
