Abstract

Kantong semar (Nepenthes sp.) yang ditemukan di kawasan Bumi Perkemahan Nyaru Menteng Palangka Raya masih belum diketahui dengan pasti ada berapa jenis yang tumbuh hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman kantong semar (Nepenthes sp.) yang terdapat di Kawasan Bumi Perkemahan Nyaru Menteng.

Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik Purposive sampling.

Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada wilayah hutan kawasan Bumi Perkemahan Nyaru Menteng Palangka Raya, dengan penentuan garis transek dan pemetaan plot pada lokasi pengambilan sampel yang telah ditentukan.

Hasil penelitian Indeks keanekaragaman kantong semar pada lokasi penelitian termasuk dalam kategori rendah hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai indeks keanekaragaman keseluruhan yaitu 0,687 atau < 1. Nepenthes mirabilis dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman jenis -0.361 dan Nepenthes Grasilis dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman -0.326.

ABSTRACT

The Pitcher Plants (Nepenthes sp.) Found in the Nyaru Menteng Palangka Raya campground area is still not known with certainty how many types of bodies up to now. This study aims to determine the level of diversity of Pitcher Plants (Nepenthes sp.) in the Nyaru Menteng Campsite.

The type of research carried out in this research is descriptive qualitative. The method used is a survey method with purposive sampling technique.

Sampling was carried out in the Nyaru Menteng Palangkaraya campsite area of Palangka Raya, with the determination of the transect line and plot mapping at the designated sampling locations.

The results of the Semar bag diversity index at the study site are included in the low category this can be seen from the overall diversity index value of 0.69 or <1. Nepenthes mirabilis with a diversity index value of -0.36 and Nepenthes Grasilis with a diversity index value of -0.33. Insects trapped in a Pitcher Plants (Nepenthes sp.) Found at the study site consisted of 4 specimens, specimen 1 was found in Nepenthes mirabilis, while specimens 2, 3 and 4 were found in Nepenthes Grasilis.
