Abstract
Kerjasama dan kemampuan sosial sangat diperlukan kerena sejatinya manusia adalah makhluk sosial. Manusia tidak dapat hidup sendiri, banyak kegiatan hidup yang terkait dengan orang lain, bahkan sejak baru dilahirkan seorang anak membutuhkan orang lain. Berdasarkan observasi ditemukan siswa belum bisa aktif dalam kegiatan kelompok, terlihat kurangnya interaksi peserta didik ketika menyelesaikan tugas kelompok, bahkan ada siswa yang tidak mau mengerjakan tugas kelompok dan hanya melihat teman-temannya bekerja. Berdasarkan uraian di atas maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan judul ”Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Fun Outbound Terhadap Sikap Kerjasama Siswa Kelas V Di SDN 1 Baung” kegiatan fun outbound merupakan model pembelajaran guna menstimulasi kemampuan kerjasama siswa.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Fun Outbound terhadap sikap kerjasama siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Baung. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Fun Outbound terhadap sikap kerjasama siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Baung (3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan model pembelajaran Fun Outbound dengan sikap kerjasama siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Baung.
Penelitian ini menggunakaa metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kerjasama dan fun outbound dan lembar observasi penerapan model fun outbound. sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 yang berjumlah 13 peserta didik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1. lembar penerapan observasi pada guru termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik nilai rata-rata pertemuan (1) 8,95%, pertemuan (2) 8,09%, pertemuan (3) 11,07% pertemuan (4) 9,80% pertemuan (5) 10,79% pertemuan (6) 11,65% sedangkan lembar penerapan pada siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata (1) 7,03%, pertemuan (2) 8,85%, pertemuan (3) 11,46% pertemuan (4) 9,37% pertemuan (5) 10,42% pertemuan (6) 11,46%. 2. Hasil variabel Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Fun Outbound memberikan pengaruh kepada variabel sikap kerja sama siswa diperoleh keputusan uji regresi sederhana thitung 17.725 > ttabel 2.160 dengan df= 12 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05 maka dinyatakan ada pengaruh. 3. Hasil uji tingkat keeratan hubungan fun outbound dengan kerjasama adalah sangat kuat. dengan didapatkan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.983 berada pada rentang 0,80 - 1,000.
ABSTRACT
Cooperation and social skills are needed because humans are social creatures. Humans cannot live alone, many life activities are related to other people, even from birth a child needs other people. However, it was found that students had not been able to be active in group activities, there was a lack of student interaction when completing group assignments, there were even students who did not want to do group assignments and only saw their friends working.
The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) how to apply thelearning model Fun Outbound to the cooperative attitude of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Baung. (2) How does the application of thelearning model Fun Outbound affect the cooperative attitude of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Baung (3) How is the relationship between thelearning model Fun Outbound and the cooperative attitude of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Baung.
This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, while the data collection uses a collaborative and fun outbound questionnaire and an observation sheet on the application of themodel fun outbound. The sample of this study was grade 5 students, totaling 13 students.
Results 1. The teacher's observation sheet is included in the very good category, the average value of the meeting (1) is 8.95%, the meeting (2) is 8.09%, the meeting (3) is 11.07% meeting (4) 9.80 % of meetings (5) 10.79% of meetings (6) 11.65% while the student application sheet is included in the very good category with an average value of (1) 7.03%, meetings (2) 8.85%, meetings (3) 11.46% meeting (4) 9.37% meeting (5) 10.42% meeting (6) 11.46%. 2. The results of simple regression tarithmetic 17.725 > ttable 2.160 with df = 12 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 then it is stated that there is an influence while the variable of the application of thelearning model Fun Outbound has an effect on the cooperative attitude variable of the fifth grade students of SDN I Baung by 96 .6% and the remaining 3.4% obtained from other factors that have not been disclosed in this study. 3. The degree of closeness of the relationship is very strong. with the obtained Pearson correlation value of 0.983 in the range 0.80 - 1,000.
