Abstract

Penelitian skripsi yang berjudul mekanisme rekrutmen karyawan di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka Kota Palangka Raya, difokuskan pada dua permasalahan yaitu mekanisme rekrutmen di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka kota Palangka Raya, dan dampak turn over terhadap tingkat rekrutmen karyawan di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut maka tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme rekrutmen di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka kota Palangka Raya. Mengetahui Dampak turn over terhadap rekrutmen karyawan di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian adalah mantan karyawan di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka di kota Palangka Raya terdiri dari 3 orang subjek dan 5 orang karyawan PT.Informasi Citra Caraka, objeknya adalah mekanisme rekrutmen karyawan di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka kota Palangka Raya.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rekrutmen di perusahaan PT.Informasi Citra Caraka tidak maksimal baik secara kontrak dan para karyawan bekerja tidak mengikuti SOP yang sudah ada dikontrak kerja, ¬turn over yang terjadi di PT.Informasi Citra Caraka cenderung terindikasi mengarah kepada masalah kontrak kerja, karyawan yang bekerja secara monoton, malas bekerja, tidak disiplin dan mellihat pekerjaan diluar perusahaan. Dampak rekrutmen terhadap turn over adalah, banyak karyawan yang bekerja sebelum nya tidak memiliki basic sama sekali sehingga merasa tidak berkembang dengan pekerjaannya, dari segi usia yang masih dibilang muda seorang karyawan terbebani dengan pekerjaan yang dirasa belum saatnya memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar untuk perusahaan. Hal demikian terjadi karena perusahaan PT.informasi Citra Caraka menerima karyawan sebatas mengandalkan skill dan kehalian karyawan dengan melalui wawancara dan training yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

This thesis research entitled the employee recruitment mechanism at PT. Citra Caraka Kota Palangka Raya Information, is focused on two problems, namely the recruitment mechanism at PT. Citra Caraka Information, Palangka Raya city, and the impact of turnover on the employee recruitment rate at PT. Citra Caraka Information. From the formulation of the problem, the aim of the research is to find out how the recruitment mechanism at PT.Informasi Citra Caraka, Palangka Raya city. Knowing the impact of turnover on employee recruitment at PT. Citra Caraka Information, Palangka Raya city.

This study used a descriptive qualitative method, the research subjects were former employees at PT. Citra Caraka Information in the city of Palangka Raya consisting of 3 subjects and 5 employees of PT.Informasi Citra Caraka, the object was the employee recruitment mechanism at PT. Citra Caraka Information, Palangka city. Kingdom.

The results of this study indicate that recruitment in the company PT. Citra Caraka Information is not optimal both on a contract basis and the employees work do not follow the existing SOPs for work contracts, the turnover that occurs at PT. Citra Caraka Information tends to be indicated to lead to work contract problems, employees. who work monotonously, lazy to work, undisciplined and see work outside the company. The impact of recruitment on turnover is that many employees who worked before have no basics at all so they feel they are not developing with their work, in terms of age, which is still considered young, an employee is burdened with jobs that are considered not the time to have a big responsibility for the company. This happens because the company PT.informasi Citra Caraka accepts employees only by relying on the skills and talents of employees through interviews and training conducted by the company.
