Abstract
Pelaksanaan kegiatan muhadharah dengan sistem klasikal bukan hanya bertujuan untuk mendidik siswa sebagai seorang da’i, pembawa acara, serta kallam illahi saja, namun juga bertujuan mengembangkan diri siswa untuk berbicara di depan umum agar lebih percaya diri. Hal tersebut membuat peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya. Permasalahan penelitian: 1) Bagaimana strategi guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI, 2) Bagaimana strategi siswa kelas XI dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah, 3) Bagaimana efektivitas pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya.
Penelitian bertujuan: 1) Mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI, 2) Mendeskripsikan strategi siswa kelas XI dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah, 3) Mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya.
Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu satu orang guru pembimbing muhadharah, dan informan lima orang siswa kelas XI.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan mencari kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Strategi guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah diantaranya merencanakan dengan menentukan siswa yang akan tampil, penyetoran materi oleh siswa terlebih dahulu, materi yang ditampilkan siswa bebas, melatih siswa dengan memberikan arahan serta memonitoring atau evaluasi siswa untuk tampil dengan memberitahu apa yang kurang ketika penyampaian dan persiapan mereka, guru memberikan sanksi seperti dijemur, diberi tugas, atau hafalan kepada siswa yang tidak hadir saat bertugas untuk tampil. 2) Strategi siswa kelas XI dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah diantaranya, pencarian dan penyusunan materi dengan menyetorkan ke guru pembimbing serta berlatih sebelum tampil, meminta bimbingan dan arahan kepada guru atau kakak kelas serta tampil dengan teksbook, waktu dan tempat berlatih dimana dan kapan saja. 3) Efektivitas pendidikan da’i melalui muhadharah siswa kelas XI di MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya sudah berjalan efektif karena guru memberikan motivasi, siswa selalu berlatih, melaksanakan kegiatan muhadharah secara rutin, siswa menyetor materi yang akan ditampilkan, kemampuan tampil siswa kelas XI sudah lebih baik.
ABSTRACT
The implementation of muhadharah activities with the classical system is not only aimed at educating students as preachers, emcees, and gods, but also aims to develop students to speak publicly to be more confident. This makes the researcher interested in conducting this study which aims to find out how the effectiveness of preaching in education through the muhadharah class XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya. Research problems: 1) How is the teacher's strategy in the implementation of preaching education through the class XI muhadharah students, 2) How is the XI grade students' strategy in implementing the preaching education through muhadharah, 3) How is the effectiveness of the preaching education through muhadharah students of class XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya.
The research aims: 1) Describe the strategies of teachers in the implementation of preaching education through muhadharah class XI students, 2) Describe the strategies of class XI students in the implementation of preacher education through muhadharah, 3) Knowing the effectiveness of preacher education through muhadharah students of class XI MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya.
Research using qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of the study were one teacher adviser muhadharah, and informants were five students of class XI. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data validation technique is source triangulation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and finding conclusions.
The results showed that 1) Teacher strategies in the implementation of preaching education through muhadharah include planning by determining students who will appear, depositing material by students in advance, material displayed by free students, training students by giving direction and monitoring or evaluating students to perform by telling what is lacking when delivering and preparing them, the teacher gives sanctions such as being dried, given an assignment, or memorizing students who are not present while on duty to perform. 2) The strategies of class XI students in the implementation of preacher education through muhadharah include, search and preparation of material by depositing to the supervisor and practice before appearing, asking for guidance and direction from the teacher or class sister and appearing with a textbook, time and place of practice where and anytime. 3) The effectiveness of preaching education through muhadharah class XI students MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Rata has been effective because teachers provide motivation, students always practice, carry out routine muhadharah activities, students deposit material to be displayed, the ability to perform class XI students is better.
