Abstract
Program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis computer merupakan evaluasi menggunakan aplikasi computer yang diduga untuk mengetahui pencapaian salah satu indikator tujuan pendidikan yang sebenarnya dan meningkatkan nilai kejujuran.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis computer di MTs swasta se-kota Palangka Raya.
Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ditentukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling, yaitu MTs Islamiyah, MTs An-Nur dan MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data situs tunggal dan analisis data lintas situs.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis komputer di MTs swasta se-kota Palangka Raya sudah dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dengan melibatkan komite madrasah dan instansi lain.; 2) Pengorganisasian program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis komputer di MTs swasta se-kota Palangka Raya sudah dilakukan secara professional meskipun terdapat madrasah yang pelaksana UBK rangkap tugas. 3) Pelaksanaan program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis komputer di MTs swasta se-kota Palangka Raya sesuai perencanaan dengan mengacu pada content dan konteks pelaksanaan ujian berbasis computer; 4) Pengawasan program evaluasi akhir pembelajaran berbasis komputer di MTs swasta se-kota Palangka Raya dilakukan Kepala Madrasah dengan menilai bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan pelaksana kegiatan dijalankan oleh orang-orang yang berkompeten.. Hasil UBK menunjukkan lebih efektif dan efesien meskipun nilai prestasi belum maksimal. Sebagai tindak lanjut dikembangkan ulangan harian, penilaian tengah semester, PAS dan PAT berbasis komputer untuk semua jenjang kelas dan mata pelajaran dengan penambahan perangkat computer disertai peningkatan kompetensi guru dan peeserta didik terutama dalam bidang IT atau pengoperasian computer.
ABSTRACT
The final evaluation program for computer-based learning is an evaluation using a computer application that is supposed to know the achievement of one indicator of the actual educational goals and increase the value of honesty.
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of the final computer-based learning evaluation program in private MTs throughout the city of Palangka Raya.
The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. The location of the study was determined by purposive sampling techniques, namely MTs Islamiyah, MTs An-Nur, and MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses single-site data analysis and cross-site data analysis.
The results showed that: 1) Planning of the final evaluation program for computer-based learning in private MTs throughout the city of Palangka Raya had been carried out comprehensively involving the committees of madrasah and the other instance; 2) Organizing the final evaluation program for computer-based learning in private MTs in the city of Palangka Raya has been done professionally, but there are still madrasah who carry out UBK in multitasks; 3) Actuating of the final evaluation program for computer-based learning in private MTs throughout the city of Palangkaraya according with the planning by the content and context of conducting computer based test; 4) Controlling of the final evaluation program for computer-based learning in private MTs in the city of Palangka Raya is done by the Head of Madrasah by assessing that the actuation of activities is by the planning, actuating the activities by the people specified in the Decree. However, some madrasah differs between implementers as technicians and those who are stated in the Decree on the appointment of a Proctor and Technician. The results of the UBK showed that it was more effective and efficient even though the achievement score was not yet maximal. As a follow-up to the development of daily tests, midterm assessments, PAS, and PAT based on computers for all levels of subject classes with the addition of computer equipment with the teacher and student competency improvement, especially in the field of IT or computer operations.
