Abstract
MAN Kapuas adalah madrasah rujukan yang menorehkan banyak prestasi dibidang literasi baik oleh siswa maupun guru. Sejak tahun 2017 MAN Kapuas yang sudah melaksanakan program literasi, akan tetapi sejak dilaksanakan belum pernah dilakukan penelitian secara komprehensif tentang program literasi yang dilaksanakan, hal ini menarik untuk diteliti.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pelaksanaan program literasi di MAN Kapuas dengan menggunakan model CIPP yakni Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Penelitian evaluatif ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data subyek dari penelitian adalah guru bahasa, siswa, ketua TLS, pustakawan, dan sebagai informan adalah kepala madrasah, wakamad kesiswaan, wakamad kurikulum, dewan guru, ketua komite dan orangtua siswa dengan menggunakan instrumen wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dan di analisis menggunakan tehnik analisis data kualitatif.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Hasil evaluasi konteks pelaksanaan program literasi berupa landasan hukum yang kuat, latar belakang pelaksanaan program yang cukup jelas, tujuan pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan sekolah, dan untuk pengembangan program literasi MAN Kapuas telah menjalin kerjasama dengan lembaga dan instansi terkait. 2) Hasil evaluasi input pelaksanaan program literasi berupa tahap penyusunan program, jadwal kegiatan, penyusunan laporan program, kompetensi guru selaku penggerak program, kualifikasi TLS, ketersediaan dan kemanfaatan sarana prasarana, biaya pengembangan program dan biaya pengembangan diri sudah berjalan dan terlaksana dengan baik meskipun harus terus ditingkatkan dalam sarana prasarana pendukung dan sumber daya manusia yaitu kompetensi guru pendamping. 3) Hasil evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program literasi berupa waktu, tempat dan ruang lingkup program mengalami perubahan dari panduan program dikarenakan kondisi pandemic covid 19, peran mitra kerja program sudah sangat baik meskipun belum menyentuh pendanaan penggembangan program, kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dapat dilihat dari jurnal baca siswa dan jurnal pengamatan guru pendamping dengan pengawasan dan monitoring dari kepala madrasah dan mitra kerja. 4) Hasil evalusi produk pelaksanaan program literasi yang dilaksanakan menunjukan keberhasilan program yaitu adanya kesesuaian target dan hasil, adanya perubahan dan peningkatan minat baca siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar dan prestasi siswa, manfaat program bagi madrasah dan pelaporan program. Sehingga program ini harus dilanjutkan dan bisa diterapkan ditempat lain.
ABSTRACT
MAN Kapuas is a reference madrasah that has made many achievements in the field of literacy by both students and teachers. Since 2017, MAN Kapuas has implemented a literacy program, but since implementation there has never been a comprehensive research on literacy programs implemented, this is interesting to research.
This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of literacy programs in MAN Kapuas using the CIPP model namely Context, Input, Process, and Product. This evaluative study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the subject data sources of the study are language teachers, students, TLS heads, librarians, and as informants were the school principal, vice principal, teacher council, head of the school’s commitee and student’s parents using interview instruments, documentation and observation. Data is analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques.
The results of this study are 1), Context evaluation results of literacy program implementation is based on the needs of students and school, development of the literacy program of MAN Kapuas has collaborated with necessary stakeholders. 2), Input evaluation results for the literacy program implementation of evaluation, in the form of program preparation stage, activity schedule, program report preparation, teacher competence as program activator, TLS qualifications, availability and benefit of infrastructure, program development costs and student development costs have been running and implemented well. Supporting infrastructure and human resources in this case teacher’s guiding competence, should be improved. 3), Process evaluation results of implementing the literacy program in the form of time, place and scope of the program has changed from the program guide due to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions, the role of program partners is very good but program development is still out funding. The program progress can be seen from student reading journals and journals observation of guidance teachers with supervision and monitoring from the principal and program partners. 4), Product evaluation results of the literacy program implementation that was carried out showed the success of the program, as the result, it changes and increased student reading interest, increased student learning outcomes and student achievement, program benefits for the school and program reporting. This program should be continued and can be implemented in other schools.
