Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari ketidak mampuan siswa menghubungkan antara apa yang mereka pelajari dengan fakta yang terjadi sekitarnya. Padahal daya serap atau pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran merupakan salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui lebih kongkrit Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa mata pelajaran Fikih di kelas XI SMA NU Palangka Raya ?. Bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) mata pelajaran Fikih di kelas XI SMA NU Palangka Raya ? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, desain penelitian pra-eksperimen (pre-experimental), menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir (the one pretest-posttest), subjek penelitian adalah guru Fikih dan siswa di kelas XI dan . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar (THB) dan peningkatan hasil belajar dengan uji N-Gain serta Didukung dengan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa: 1) dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) masih belum bisa dapat membuat siswa aktif dikarenakan kondisi waktu menjelang siang hari, padatnya jadwal pelajaran, dan fasilitas yang belum memadai model pembelajaran MURDER sehingga apa yang ingin dicapai tidak terpenuhi. 2) penerapan model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) nilai belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA NU Palangka Raya menujukan adanya penurunan tes hasil belajar dari dua kali pertemuan dengan rata-rata nilai siswa dari setiap pertemuan skor 0,2 untuk pertemuan pertama, dan 0,1 pertemuan kedua, dari adanya penurunan hasil belajar dapat ditarik simpulan model pembelajaran MURDER (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) masih belum bisa membuat siswa aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan tidak meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Hal ini didasari dari pendapat Hake bawah nilai di atas 0,7 atau lebih merupakan peningkatan yang sangat baik ini yang menjadi acuan peneliti menyatakan bahwa dalam penelitian belum berjalan dengan baik.

ABSTRACT

This research starts from the inability of students to connect between what they learn with the facts that occur around them. Even though the absorption or understanding of the subject matter is one of the goals to be achieved.

This research was conducted to find out more concretely. How is the application of the MURDER learning model (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) in improving the ability of understanding students of Jurisprudence in Class XI of SMA NU Palangka Raya? How to increase student understanding after applying the MURDER learning model (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) Jurisprudence subjects in class XI of Palangkaraya NU High School? This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods, pre-experimental research designs (pre-experimental), using initial tests and final tests (the one pretest-posttest), research subjects are Jurisprudence teachers and students in class XI and. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, learning achievement tests (THB) and improvement of learning outcomes with the N-Gain test and supported by observation data, interviews, and documentation.

The results of the study show that: 1) using the MURDER learning model (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) still cannot make students active due to the conditions of time before noon, the tight schedule of lessons, and inadequate learning model MURDER so that what you want to achieve is not fulfilled. 2) the application of the MURDER learning model (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) the learning value of class XI students at NU High School Palangka Raya aimed at decreasing the learning achievement test from two meetings with an average student score of each meeting score 0 , 2 for the first meeting, and 0.1 second meeting, from the decline in learning outcomes can be drawn conclusions MURDER learning model (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) still can not make students active in the learning process and does not increase understanding student. This is based on Hake's opinion that values above 0.7 or more are a very good improvement which is a reference for researchers to state that the research has not been going well.
