Abstract

Dunia bisnis tidak bisa dilepaskan dari etika bisnis. Banyak hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara etika bisnis dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Pada akhirnya praktek bisnis yang tidak jujur, hanya memikirkan keuntungan maksimal dan merugikan pihak lain akan membawa perusahaan besar sekalipun akan hancur. Bersama dengan semakin besarnya
kesadaran etika dalam berbisnis, orang mulai menekankan pentingnya keterkaitan
faktor-faktor etika dalam bisnis. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh
faktor etika bisnis Unity, Equilibrium, Responsibility, Freewill, dan Ihsan
terhadap pendapatan pedagang di pasar Blauran Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuntitatif dengan jenis ex post facto,
dan melakukan analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda. Metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan angket. Dengan jumlah 34 item pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada sampel penelitian. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang di pasar Blauran Palangka Raya. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang didapatkan dari uji F(serentak) sebesar 19,734, maka sesuai dengan kriteria uji F tersebut H0 ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara Unity, Equilibrium, Responsibility,
Freewill, dan Ihsan secara bersama-sama atau serentak terhadap pendapatan.
Hasil yang didapat dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,381 yang dapat diartikan bahwa
variabel Unity, Equilibrium, Responsibility, Freewill, dan Ihsan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 38,1% terhadap variabel pendapatan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

ABSTRACT

The business world can‟t be separated from business ethics. Many research results indicate a positive relationship between business ethics and corporate success. So far, dishonest business practices, which is only concern of the maximum benefit and cause negative effect for other will lead to company breaking, even a big company. Become aware of business ethic, people began to emphasize the importance of relationship factors in business ethics. So the purpose the effect of Unity, Equilibrium, Free Will, Responsibility, and Ihsan towards trader income in blauran market Palangka Raya.

This research used a quantitative descriptive research type ex post facto.
The data analyze with multipe regression test. Data collection methods the authors
used questionnaires. From the test results performed on the intrument 25
respondents to the question number 37 items declared valid and can be used to
collect the data in the study sample. The population in this study were all traders
in blauran market Palangka Raya. While the study sample were 166 respondents.
And from the number of respondents were given a questionnaire to be answered.

The results of this study indicate that obtained from the F test (simultaneous) amounted to 19.734, then in accordance with the F test criteria then H0 is rejected. This means that there are significant effect between Unity, Equilibrium, Free Will, Responsibility, and Ihsan together or simultaneously on
traders income. The results obtained from the value of R Square of 0,381 which means that variables Unity, Equilibrium, Free Will, Responsibility, and Ihsan 38,1% have influence on traders income variable (Y). While the remaining 61,9% is influenced by other factors.
