Abstract
The term of Muslims as "ummathan Wasathan (People o/ the Middle) in the Qur'an can be found in the surah al-Baqarah verse 143 and surah A1-Anbiya),6 verse 92. Other verses in the Qur'an an that talk about Muslims is surah Ali imran verse 110, the Muslims as the 'Khairu Unmah". Best people are not automatic, but achieved by having the requirements, namely carry out the task commanding the good, forbid evil. The next requirement is faith in God. Privileged these people than other people described as AlQur'an surah Ali imran verse ll0. This article aim to giye an elaboration on khairah ummah and the principles based on the perspective of o letter mendasariya ya AIi lmran verse ll0.
