Abstract

Penelitian skripsi yang berjudul etika bisnis Dayak ngaju penjual ramuan tradisional di pasar Kahayan Palangka Raya perspektif Ekonomi Syariah, difokuskan pada tiga permasalahan yaitu bagaimana praktik bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional dipasar Kahayan. Bagaimana etika bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional. Bagaimana kajian ekonomi Islam masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut maka tujuan peneltian adalah Mendeskripsikan praktik bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional dipasar Kahayan. Mendeskripsikan etika bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional. Mendeskripsikan kajian ekonomi Islam masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitiannya adalah para pedagang dan konsumen ramuan tradisional khas Dayak, objeknya adalah etika mereka dalam melakukan bisnis ramuan tradisional di pasar Kahayan. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Praktik bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional dipasar Kahayan adalah mereka berjualan membuka lapak dengan menggelar barang dagangannya yang sudah dikemas dengan berbagai macam nama dan khasiat dari ramuan yang mereka jual di pasar Kahayan. Mereka membuka lapak dagangannya setiap hari dari pukul 7 pagi sampai pukul 4 sore, penjualnya berusia antara 55 tahun sampai 70 tahun, (2) Etika bisnis masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional adalah mereka duduk dilapak-lapak mereka dengan santun, sambil menawarkan barang dagangan mereka secara lisan kepada pengunjung yang lewat didepan dagangan mereka. Jika ada pembeli yang kebetulan tidak membawa uang tetapi memerlukan ramuan mereka maka siap memberikan hutang maupun memberikan secara cuma-cuma dengan tujuan untuk menolong masyarakat dalam menyembuhkan penyakit, prinsip tolong-menolong sangat dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat Dayak yang direalisasikan ke kehidupan termasuk dalam aktivitas jual-beli (3) Kajian ekonomi Islam masyarakat Dayak dalam menjual ramuan tradisional adalah bahwa peneliti melihat beberapa kesamaan antara keduanya, yaitu mereka (para pedagang) memiliki prinsip Ketuhanan, rahmatan lil alamin, mewujudkan keadilan, transparansi dan kejujuran, serta prinsip tolong-menolong yang dipegang kuat oleh masyarakat suku Dayak.

ABSTRACT

The research with a title of a business ethics of Dayak Ngaju as a traditional concoction seller at Palangka Raya Kahayan market in the Islamic economic perspective is focused on three problems; how is the business practice of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction at Kahayan market and how is the Islamic economic studies of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction. According to the research hypothesis, the aims of this research are; to describe the business practice of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction at Kahayan market, to describe the business ethics of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction, and to describe the Islamic economic studies of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction.
This research uses descriptive qualitative method in which the research subjects are the sellers and buyers of Dayak traditional concoction, and the research object is their ethics in conducting the business of traditional concoction in Kahayan market. The research technique of collecting data in this research are observation, interview, and documentation.
The results of this research are: (1) The business practice of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction at Kahayan market is by opening a stall, then spread their products out which has been packed with many names and efficacy from the concoction. They open their stall in every day from 7 am to 4 pm in which the seller's age is between 55 and 70 year's old, (2) The business ethics of Dayak society on selling a traditional concoction is by sitting on their stall with courtesy while offering their products through oral to all the market visitors which pass in front of their stall. If there is a buyer who does not bring a money but needs their traditional concoction, their feel fine to sell it by debt or give it away in order to help the society in healing the illness. It can be occured because Dayak society has a strong please and help culture to be implemented in their life including in buying and selling activity, (3) The Islamic economic studies of Dayak society in selling a traditional concoction is that: there is a similar between their culture and Islamic perspective as like as the sellers has a divinity, rahmatan lil alamin, fair, transparency, integrity and please-help principle which is held by Dayak society strongly.
