Abstract

Hasil belajar peserta didik VII belum mencapai KKB 73, pendidik perlu mencoba penggunaan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini 1) bagaimana hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share pada materi sel; 2) bagaimana hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together pada materi sel; 3) bagaimana perbandingan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Numbered Head Together. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share; (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik menggunkan Numbered Head Together ; (3) untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dengan Numbered Head Together.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Quasi – Eksperimen . Metode dalam penelitian ini membandingkan dua kelompok eksperimen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non equivalent pretest – postest design. Subyek ini penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII Tahun Pelajaran 2017 – 2018 dengan jumlah 40 peserta didik. Uji coba instrumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Ms. Excel dan uji hipotesis penelitian ini digunakan Uji -T dengan signifikansi 5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1 ) hasil belajar aspek kognitif kelas VII – B dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share saat pretest rata – rata nilai dibawah KKB yaitu 27 sedangkan hasil rata – rata postest yaitu 69,9. 2) Sedangkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together saat pretest hasil nilai rata – rata dibawah KKB yaitu 23,20 dan hasil rata – rata nilai postest adalah 76,7. 3) Terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar antara penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dan Numbered Head Together. Terlihat dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t pada nilai postest menunjukkan bahwa thitung tersebut diperoleh 2,29 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 1,990.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes have not been achieve KKB 73, educators need to try to use the learning model in accordance with the characteristics of the lesson. This research was conducted at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The formulation of this research problem 1) How The results of the study with the model of learning Think Pair Share on cell material; 2) How The results of the study with the model of learning Numbered Head Together on cell material; 3) How to compare The results of the study through Think Pair Share learning model with Numbered Head Together. This study aims to determine (1) to determine the The results of the study of learners using the model of learning Think Pair Share; (2) to know The results of the study of learners using Numbered Head Together; (3) to know comparison of The results of the study through Think Pair Share model with Numbered Head Together.
The method used in this research is Quasi - Experimental research method. Methods in this study compared two experimental groups. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with non equivalent pretest-postest design research design. The subject of this study is the students of Class VII Lessons Year 2017 - 2018 with the number of 40 students. The test of the instrument was analyzed using the Ms. program. Excel and test of this research hypothesis used Test -T with 5% significance.
The results showed 1) learning outcomes cognitive aspects of class VII - B with Think Pair Share learning model when pretest average value below the KKB is 27 whereas the average postest result is 69.9. 2) While the model of learning Numbered Head Together when pretest the average value below the KKB is 23.20 and the average result of the postest value is 76.7. 3) There are differences in learning outcomes between the use of Think Pair Share and Numbered Head Together learning models. Seen from the result of hypothesis test using t-test at posttest value shows that tcount obtained 2.29 bigger than ttable 1,990
