Abstract
Penilaian ranah sikap adalah penilaian yang dilakukan guru untuk mengukur tingkat pencapaian kompetensi sikap dari peserta didik yang meliputi aspek menerima atau memperhatikan, merespon atau menanggapi, menilai atau menghargai, mengorganisasi atau mengelola, dan berkarakter.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan penilaian ranah sikap dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat adalah : (1) Bagaimana perencanaan penilaian ranah sikap dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya ?; (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan penilaian ranah sikap dalam kurikulum 2013 padamata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya ? ; (3) Bagaimana pengolahan dan pemanfaatan penilaian ranah sikap dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya ?;(4) Apa saja kendala penilaian ranah sikap dalam kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya ? ;
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi,dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunaan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan penilaian ranah sikap guru telah merumuskan rencana penilaian yang meliputi indikator pembelajaran, yang memuat indikator nilai, aspek yang dinilai, teknik penilaian, dan instrumen penilaian, namun guru tidak menginformasikan aspek-aspek yang akan dinilai kepada siswa; 2) pelaksanaan ranah sikap belum sesuai dengan dengan perencanaan penilaian yang telah dirumuskan dalam silabus ataupun RPP. Penilaian sudah adil namun belum memenuhi prinsip objektif. Penguatan yang diberikan guru terhadap kemampuan sikap siswa berupa pujian, teguran, dan nasehat; 3) Pengolahan dan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian sikap, tidak ada rekap nilai khusus penilaian sikap, karena hasil nilai sudah menjadi satu dalam raport yang dibagikan setiap akhir semester. Hasil penilaian ranah sikap dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar untuk pengklasifikasian siswa, pemberian balikan, pelaporan kepada orang tua siswa. Dan sebagai dasar evaluasi guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaranyang telah dilaksanakan; 4) Kendala dalam penilaian dibagi menjadi dua hal pokok yaitu : secara teknis dan kendala nonteknis. Kendala teknis yang dihadapi guru yaitu kemampuan dalam menggunakan aplikasi penilaian. Dan kendala non teknis ialah masalah pemahaman guru tentang penilaian sikap itu sendiri.
ABSTRACT
Assesment of afective domain is the assessment by gury to measurebthe level of attainment of the attitudinal comperencies of learners which includes aspects of receiving or taking notice, responding, assessing or appreciating, organizing or managing adnd characterizing.
The purpose of this research is to find out more serious about the implementation assessment affective domain is 2013 curriculum on Akidah Akhlak subject at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. There are 4 problem of the study, they are : 1) How does the plan of implementation assessment affective domain is 2013 curriculum on Akidah Akhlak subject at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya? 2) How does the implementation assessment affective domain is 2013 curriculum on Akidah Akhlak subject at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya? 3) How does the produce and utilization affective domain in 2013 curriculum on Akidah Akhlak subject at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya? 4) What are the obstacles assessment afective domain in 2013 curriculum on Akidah Akhlak subject at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya ?
This research was descrpitive qualitative research. The subject of this research was the teacher who taught Aqidah Akhlak course at MIS HIDAYATUL MUHAJIRIN PALANGKA RAYA. The data collection technique using interview, observation and documentation. The data analyzed used some steps like data reduction, data display and drawn conclusion. Validity of the data using triangulation technique and source. The result of this research shown that in; 1) planning the assessment of affective domain, the teacher had been decided plan assessment that included learning indicator that loaded score indicator, aspect that assessed, assessment technique, and the instrument of assessment, but the teacher not inform to students some aspects that assessed. 2) The implementation of affective domain tend not appropriate with the planning of assessment that formulated in the syllabus or the lesson plan. The assessment was fair but not fill the objective principle. The reinforcement that given by teacher to students’ performance not a compliment , warning and advise. There was no form of assessment recapitulation or special note for assessment students’ attitude, because merged in raport which given in the end of semester. 3) The result of assessment affective domain utilized as base students’ classification, feedback, report to the parents and as base evaluation for teachers toward the effectiveness of learning that implemented ; 4) The obstacles in assessing divided into two basic things, there were technicall and non-technicall obstacles. The technical obstacle faced by teacher was skill in using application of assessment. Non-technicall obstacle was the teacher understanding about the affective assessment itself.
