Abstract
Borneo Etam educational institution manages and integrates the IQ, EQ, and SQ abilities on the basis of religious values and internalizes them into the whole elements of human resources. The religion-based on ESQ (ESQ Model) in educational management significantly advantages to the educational organization progress.
