Abstract

Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kuantitas dan kualitas pengajaran yang dilaksanakannya. Oleh sebab itu, kepala sekolah menerapkan model Lesson Study dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perencanaan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran model lesson study berbasis KKG di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai. (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran model lesson study berbasis KKG di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai. (3) Bagaimana refleksi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran model lesson study berbasis KKG di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai. (4) Bagaimana tindak lanjut dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran model lesson study berbasis KKG di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu: Mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaranLesson study di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Ada pun subjek penelitiannya adalah guru pendidikan agama islam, tim observasi dan siswa di kelas IV SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai Palangka Raya. Pengabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu pengurangan data ( Data Reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing).

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Penerapan pembelajaran lesson study dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai Palangka Raya, dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah lesson study, yaitu meliputi kegiatan (1) Perencanaan (plan), dimana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan tim lesson study dapat menyusun RPP sesuai dengan tujuan dan standar kompetensi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. (2) Pelaksanaan (do), guru Pendidikan Agama Islam melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan RPP yang disusun bersama dengan kelompok kerja. (3) Refleksi (see), guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mampu merubah diri dalam mengajar berdasarkan masukan dari tim lesson study. Dan (4)Tindak Lanjut, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Tim lesson study memperoleh masukan yang berharga dan penting untuk mengembangkan menejemen pendidikan di sekolah SDN-1 Tumbang Tahai Palangka raya.

ABSTRACT

Implementation of the learning process, teachers have a very important in determining the quantity and the quality of teaching is implemented. Therefore, plan carefully for improve learning opportunities for students problem this study (1) how the planning in the implementation of learning models based KKG in SDN -1 tumbang Tahai. (2) How is the implementation of lesson study model learning based KKG in the SDN-1 tumbang Tahai. (3) How is the reflection in the implementation of lesson study model learning basedKKG in the SDN-1 tumbang Tahai. (4) How to follow up the implementation of lesson study model learning based KKG in the SDN-1 tumbang Tahai. The objectives of the study are : describes about approach learning.

This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. There is also the subject of his research is the teacher of Islamic religious education and students in grade IV SDN-1 tumbang Tahai Palangkaraya, validating the data carried out by means of triangulation while data analysis using three stages, namely data reduction (Data reduction), presentation of data (data display), and conclusion (conclusion drawing)

The results of research showed that: the implementation of lesson study in the learning of Islamic Education in SDN-1 tumbang Tahai Palangkaraya, implemented well and appropriated with steps of lesson study which includes (1) Planning (plan), where the teacher of Islamic education and lesson study teams can prepare RPP appropriate with the purpose and the standard competitionIslamic Religious Education.(2) Implementation (do), a teacher of Islamic education in accordance with the implementing learning lesson plan, prepared jointly with the working group.(3) Phase Reflection (see), a teacher of Islamic education is able to transform themselves in teaching based on input from a team of lesson study, and (4) Phase Follow-up, a teacher of Islamic education and Tim lesson study obtain in a valuable and important to develop management education in schools tumbang Tahai Palangka Raya.
