Abstract

One important factors in education is relates to the availability of teaching staff (teacher), where its problem related to the limited provision of teaching staff, less distributing spread of the teaching staff, and less profesional of the placement, the teaching staff who is appropriate with the expertise or background of education had, especially at MI, MTs, and MA in Sukamara regency. Based on the reason, the writer want to study on MI, MTs, and MA to find out how are the necessities and compatibility between the lesson built and the background of the teacher's study on MI, MT's, and MA either Islamic (PAI) or general.
The subject of the research is the whole of MI, MTs, and MA in Sukamara regency. Approach of the research is descriptive qualitative by data collecting technique through observation, interview, and documentation. The techniques of the data analyzing are reduction, display and conclusion.
The result of the research indicated that the teacher's number of MI are
fourteen people laid on eight of civil and six of honorary, from the fourteen, there are nine teachers who are appropriate with the certainty to teach. Meanwhile, the teacher's number of MTs are forty-seven laid on seventeen of civil and thirty of honorary, from the forty-seven, there are sixteen teachers who are appropriate to teach while the teacher's of MA are ten laid on three of civil and seven of honorees from the ten, three are eight teachers who are appropriate to teach.
The result of the research indicated that the compatibility between the lesson and the background of education are eight teachers for MI, twenty-four teachers for MTs, and seven teachers for MA. Meanwhile, the teacher's necessity of civil, based on the lesson, the teacher of PAI in Ml is enough, eight teachers for the general lessons, while the teacher of PAI in MTs is enough, six teachers for the general lesson and on the teacher of PAI and General Lesson is enough.
The result of analysis show that is the amount of the profesional teachers at MI are seven teachers, the profesional teacher in MTs are twenty five teachers, and the profesional teachers in MA are four teachers.
