Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi marketing usaha kuliner tradisional pada masa pandemi COVID-19, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan strategi marketing usaha kuliner tradisional pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Forum Jual Beli Online Facebook. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha kuliner Depot MD, Warung Bunda Ramadhan, dan Toko Wadai Banjar Mama Ali. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan strategi marketing dalam menjalankan usaha kuliner tradisonal pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di forum jual beli online facebook berdasarkan analisis peneliti menggunakan teori bauran pemasaran, dilakukan dengan menguatkan cita rasa khas kuliner, mengunggah konten menarik di facebook, memeberikan harga yang terjangkau, dan melakukan promosi di forum jual beli online facebook pada grup kuliner. (2) Faktor pendukung terbesar dalam menjalankan usaha kuliner tradisional ini adalah adanya peran keluarga yang turut membantu proses pembuatan produk, pengiriman pesanan dan membuat promosi, serta jaringan internet yang baik memudahkan dalam promosi secara online. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang sering dialami adalah adanya konsumen yang sengaja membatalkan pesanan, cuaca hujan yang menyulitkan proses pengiriman, pembeli meminta pelayanan dengan cepat, dan terkadang tidak ada yang mengantar pesanan.
ABSTRACT
This research is to find out the implementation of traditional culinary business marketing strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the inhibiting and supporting faktors for implementing traditional culinary business marketing strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Facebook Online Buying and Selling Forum. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. The subjects in this study were the culinary business of the MD depot, Warung Bunda Ramadhan, and the Wadai Banjar Mama Ali shop. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.
The results of research are (1) The application of marketing strategies in running a traditional culinary business during the COVID-19 pandemic on the Facebook online buying and selling forum based on the analysis of researchers using marketing mix theory, carried out by strengthening culinary specialties, uploading interesting content on Facebook, provide affordable prices, and conduct promotions on online buying and selling forums on Facebook in culinary groups. (2) The biggest supporting faktor in running this traditional culinary business is the role of the family who helps in the process of making products, sending orders and making promotions, as well as a good internet network that makes online promotions easier. While the inhibiting faktors that are often experienced are consumers who intentionally cancel orders, rainy weather makes the delivery process difficult, buyers ask for fast service, and sometimes no one delivers orders.
