Abstract
Pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang berbasis seafood di Kota Palangka Raya sudah baik dengan melakukan pengelolaan, strateginya, sarana dan prasarana. Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang ini dari segi pembangunannya taman kuliner ini berpotensial untuk dikembangkan dan juga menjadi pusat kuliner kota Palangka Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengelolaan dan pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang berbasis seafood di Kota Palangka Raya dan bagaimana pandangan ekonomi syariah terhadap pengelolaan dan pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang di Kota Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode penelitian kulitatif deskripitf. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Disperkim, Disperindag, pedagang, serta pengunjung sebagai informan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi sejenis dari berbagai sumber yang ada.
Penemuan menunjukan bahwa:(1) Pengelolaan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang berbasis seafood di Kota Palangka Raya yaitu Pemerintah memberikan kebijakan tentang ketertiban Taman Kuliner Kota Palangka Raya seperti memfasilitasi usaha pedagang dengan sarana dan prasarana serta pengadaan pelatihan destinasi Taman Kuliner.(2) Pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang berbasis seafood di Kota Palangka Raya yaitu pemerintah memberikan pelatihan kepada pedagang tentang pelayanan kepada pengunjung yang ke taman kuliner dan pemerintah melakukan kebijakan-kebijakan. Dan selalu menjaga kebersihan terutama sampah disekitar taman kuliner agar tidak menodai kebersihan dan keindahan taman kuliner dan pengunjung merasa nyaman. Para pedagang seafood menambah varian menu makanan seafood menjadi lebih beragam dengan rasa yang unik, dengan tujuan agar dapat menarik perhatian konsumen agar selalu datang kembali untuk menikmati aneka ragam menu masakan seafood.(3) Pengelolaan dan pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang sudah sesuai dengan ekonomi Syariah. Dalam pengelolaan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang di Palangka Raya menerapkan prinsip Ta’awun (tolong-menolong) dan prinsip Hisbah. Pemerintah telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan cukup baik dalam hal menata, merawat, memanfaatkan dan melestarikan taman kuliner. Selain itu, pengembangan Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang di Kota Palangka Raya ini juga menerpakan nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah kejujuran, amanah, ketuhanan, kenabian, bertanggung jawab dan menjalankan kebijakan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah.
Abstract
The development of the seafood-based Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya City has been good by implementing its management, strategy, facilities and infrastructure. This Sangomang Single Culinary Park, in terms of its development, has the potential to be developed and also become the culinary center of the city of Palangka Raya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the management and development of the seafood-based Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya City and how the Islamic economic viewpoints on the management and development of the Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya City.
This research is a field research that uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were Disperkim, Disperindag, traders, and visitors as informants. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data validation technique uses source triangulation by collecting similar data and information from various existing sources.
The findings show that: (1) Management of the Sangomang Single Culinary Park based on seafood in Palangka Raya City, namely the Government provides policies on orderliness of the Palangka Raya City Culinary Park, such as facilitating merchant businesses with facilities and infrastructure as well as providing training for Culinary Park destinations. (2) The development of a seafood-based Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya City, where the government provides training to traders on services to visitors to the culinary park and the government implements policies. And always maintain cleanliness, especially the trash around the culinary park so as not to tarnish the cleanliness and beauty of the culinary garden and visitors feel comfortable. Seafood traders add more variety to their seafood menu with unique flavors, with the aim of attracting consumers' attention so they always come back to enjoy a variety of seafood dishes. (3) The management and development of Taman Kuliner Tunggal Sangomang is in accordance with the Sharia economy . In managing the Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya, we apply the Ta'awun (help) principle and Hisbah principle. The government has carried out its duties quite well in terms of managing, caring for, utilizing and preserving culinary gardens. In addition, the development of the Sangomang Single Culinary Park in Palangka Raya City also implements the sharia economic values of honesty, trustworthiness, divinity, prophethood, responsibility and implementing policies given by the government.
