Abstract

Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan dasar yang dibangun terpadu dengan masjid sudah selayaknya memiliki program pembinaan keagamaan. Sejak berdirinya SD Al-Kautsar tahun 2006 sampai tahun 2018 SD Al-Kautsar belum melaksanakan Program pembinaan keagamaan. Sebagai seorang kepala sekolah yang sedang memimpin SD Al-Kautsar di tahun 2019 merasakan keprihatinannya, karena sekolah yang di bangun terpadu dengan masjid, namun belum melaksanakan program pembinaan keagamaan. Oleh sebab itu sebagai upaya pemantapan, pengayaan dan perbaikan nilai-nilai norma serta pengembangan bakat, minat dan kepribadian peserta didik dalam aspek pengamalan kitab suci, keimanan, ketakwaan dan akhlak mulia maka dilaksanakanlah program pembinaan keagamaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis pembinaan keagamaan peserta didik SD Al-Kautsar, perencanaan pembinaan keagamaan, pengorganisasian pembinaan keagamaan, pelaksanaan pembinaan keagamaan dan pengawasan pembinaan keagamaan peserta didik SD Al-Kautsar.

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah SD Al-Kautsar Puruk Cahu dan informannya guru PAI, guru kelas, tenaga tehnis sekolah, wali murid, peserta didik, pengurus yayasan dan anggota masyarakat. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan beberapa tahapan yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data atau data display, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau data diverifikasi.

Adapun Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1. Jenis-Jenis Pembinaan Keagamaan Peserta Didik SD Al-Kautsar meliputi: memperdengarkan Audio murottal juz 30 sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar, pembiasaan shalat dhuha, pembiasaan shalat dhuhur berjamaah, pembiasaan sedekah Jum’at, menanamkan kebersamaan dalam program Sabtu berkah, penguatan baca tulis Al-Qur’an, peringatan hari besar Islam dan Pesantren Ramadhan. 2. Perencanaan Pembinaan Keagaamaan SD Al-Kautsar meliputi kegiatan rapat, penyusunan program kerja dan perencanaan pembiayaan kegiatan keagamaan. 3. Pengorganisasian Pembinaan Keagamaan SD Al-Kautsar meliputi: penetapan pembinaan keagaamaan, penetapan Surat Keputusan pembina kegiatan keagamaan dan penyusunan jadual kegiatan keagamaan. 4. Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Keagamaan di SD Al-Kautsar berjalan dengan baik sesuai perencanaan dengan melakukan pembiasaan, pemberian motifasi, pemberian reward dan punishment. 5. Pengawasan Pembinaan Keagamaan di SD Al-Kautsar meliputi: monitoring kegiatan keagamaan peserta didik, pelaporan kegiatan peserta didik serta penilaian kegiatan keagamaan peserta didik.

Abstract

As a basic education institution that is integrated with a mosque, it is appropriate to have a religious guidance program. Since the establishment of Al-Kautsar Elementary School in 2006 to 2018, Al-Kautsar Elementary School has not implemented a religious guidance program. As a school principal who is leading Al-Kautsar Elementary School in 2019, he feels his concern, because the school that is being built is integrated with a mosque, but has not yet implemented a religious guidance program. Therefore, as an effort to consolidate, enrich and improve the values of norms and develop the talents, interests and personalities of students in the aspects of practicing the scriptures, faith, piety and noble character, a religious development program is carried out.

This study aims to determine the types of religious coaching for Al-Kautsar Elementary School students, planning religious guidance, organizing religious guidance, implementing religious coaching and monitoring religious coaching for students at Al-Kautsar Elementary School.

This qualitative descriptive study used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the Principal of SD Al-Kautsar Puruk Cahu and the informants were PAI teachers, classroom teachers, school technical staff, student guardians, students, foundation administrators and community members. The technique of checking the validity of the data was carried out by means of triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. While data analysis uses several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation or display data, then drawing conclusions or verified data.

The results of the research obtained are: 1. Types of Religious Guidance for Students at Al-Kautsar Elementary School include: listening to audio murottal juz 30 before teaching and learning activities, habituation of dhuha prayers, habituation of dhuhur prayer in congregation, habituation of Friday alms, instilling togetherness in Saturday blessing program, strengthening reading and writing of the Koran, commemoration of Islamic holidays and Islamic boarding schools for Ramadan. 2. Planning for religious development at Al-Kautsar Elementary School includes meeting activities, preparation of work programs and planning for financing religious activities. 3. Organizing the Religious Guidance of Al-Kautsar Elementary School including: stipulating religious guidance, stipulating a decree for religious activity supervisors and compiling a schedule of religious activities. 4. The implementation of Religious Guidance at Al-Kautsar Elementary School went well according to the plan by doing habituation, giving motivation, giving rewards and punishments. 5. Supervision of Religious Guidance at Al-Kautsar Elementary School includes: monitoring of students 'religious activities, reporting of student activities and assessing students' religious activities.
