Abstract
Belajar dari rumah (BDR) terjadi karena pandemi covid-19 yang melarang pendidikan berlangsung secara tatap muka, sehingga muncul program BDR. Belajar dari rumah (BDR) yang berlangsung pada pandemi covid-19 sekarang ini, ditemukan banyak problem khususnya dari kedisiplinan peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Kurangnya kedisiplinan peserta didik dalam BDR inilah yang menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk meneliti manajemen pendisiplinan yang terdapat di tempat penelitian.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan Pendisiplinan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran masa pandemi covid-19 di SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur.
Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas VB di SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur , informannya Kepala Sekolah, orang tua siswa, dan siswa kelas VB SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara: kepercayaan , keteralihan , kebergantungan, dan kepastian . Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data atau data display, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau data diverifikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Perencanaan pendisiplinan Belajar dari rumah (BDR) mengacu pada kebijakan pemerintah tentang pembelajaran masa pandemi, sekolah harus melaksanakan program Belajar dari Rumah (BDR), sekolah memberi wewenang kapada guru-guru membuat tata tertib tentang BDR fokus pada pendisiplinan peserta didik dalam BDR, Pengorganisasian pendisiplinan BDR sudah dilaksanakan dengan pendelegasian wewenang dan tanggung jawab oleh Kepala sekolah kepada guru kelas VB, walaupun dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya masih ada yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, Pelaksanaan pendisiplinan BDR dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas VB SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir, penerapan pendisiplinan diawali dari guru membuka pembelajaran, siswa mengisi daftar hadir di list WA grup, kegiatan inti, kegiatan penutup. Hasil pelaksanaan pendisiplinan terlihat ketepatan waktu siswa mengirimkan tugas, ternyata hasilnya belum sesuai harapan, masih ada beberapa siswa yang kurang disiplin, karena belum ada tata tertib pendisiplinan yang baku, penerapan reward dan punisment belum ada, Pengawasan dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan pendisiplinan BDR, hasilnya belum sesuai dengan harapan.
Abstract
Learning from home (LFH) occurs because of the covid-19 pandemic that prohibits education from taking place face-to-face, resulting in bdr programs. Learning from home (LFH) that took place in the current covid-19 pandemic, found many problems, especially from the discipline of learners in following learning. The lack of discipline of students in BDR is the background of researchers to examine the disciplinary management found at the research site.
The purpose of the research was to describe and analyze the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of disciplinary students in learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur.
Data collection techniques in this qualitative descriptive research through observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were vb class teachers at SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur, the principal's informant, parents, and vb grade students at SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir Sampit Kotawaringin Timur. Data validity check techniques are performed by: trust, reliability, dependency, and certainty. While data analysis uses several stages, namely: data reduction, presentation of data or display data, then withdrawal of conclusions or verified data.
The results showed: Planning disciplinary learning from home (LFH) refers to government policy on learning during the pandemic, schools must implement the Learning from Home (LFH) program, schools authorize teachers to make discipline about LFH focus on disciplinary students in LFH, LFH disciplinary organizing has been implemented by delegation of authority and responsibility by the Principal to vb class teachers, although in carrying out their duties and responsibilities there are still not carried out properly, The implementation of LFH disciplinary is carried out by teachers of VB class SDN 1 Mentawa Baru Hilir, the application of disciplinary begins from the teacher opening the learning, students fill out the list of present in the wa group list, core activities, closing activities. The results of disciplinary implementation is seen punctuality of students submitting assignments, it turns out that the results are not as expected, there are still some students who are less disciplined, because there is no standard disciplinary discipline, the application of rewards and punisment does not exist yet, Supervision is carried out by the principal starting planning, organizing and implementing LFH disciplinary, the results have not been in accordance with expectations
