Abstract

Home industry dodol rasau di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha ekonomi kreatif. Inovasi yang dilakukan yaitu memanfaatkan sumber daya alam berupa buah hutan yang tumbuh di sungai Sabangau untuk menghasilkan produk baru yang unik dan memiliki potensi baik jika terus dikembangkan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bentuk usaha, tingkat kontribusi home industry dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat kelangsungan home industrydodol rasau.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan SWOT analisis. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha home industry pengolahan dodol rasau di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang pembina serta dua orang pelaku usahahome industry dodol rasau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk usaha home industry dodol rasau telah memiliki tiga pokok dasar ekonomi kreatif yaitu kreatif, inovasi, dan penemuan. Usahahome industry dodol rasau telah dijalankan sesuai prinsip produksi ekonomi Islam. Home industry dodol buah rasau memiliki kontribusi menambah pendapatan keluarga. Faktor pendukung home industry dodol rasau yaitu: pelaku usaha masyarakat sekitar, dekat dengan sumber bahan baku dan lokasi pemasaran, serta peminat dodol rasau sangat banyak. Faktor penghambat yakni: bahan baku buah rasau musiman, peralatan produksi sederhana, belum menemukan cara pengawetan yang tepat, belum adanya dukungan pemerintah dan pelaku usaha tidak konsisten melakukan produksi.

Abstract

The Home industry dodol rasau in Kereng Bangkirai Village is one form of creative economy business. The innovation made is utilizing natural resources in the form of forest fruit that grows in the Sabangau river to produce new products that are unique and have good potential if they are continuously developed. The focus of this research is to examine the form of business, the level of contribution of the home industry in improving the community's economy, and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the continuity of the home industry dodol rasau.

This research is field research with the type of qualitative research and the SWOT analysis approach. The object of this research is the home industry processing dodol rasau in Kereng Bangkirai Village. The subjects in this study were a coach and two businessmen in the home industry dodol rasau. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of validating the data used source triangulation.

The results of this study indicate that the form of home industry dodol rasau already has three basic principles of the creative economy, namely creative, innovation, and discovery. The home industry business dodol rasau has been carried out by the principles of Islamic economic production. Home industry lunkhead fruit rasau have a contribution to increasing family income. Supporting factors for the home industry dodol rasau are: local community business actors, proximity to raw material sources and marketing locations, as well as very many dodol rasau enthusiasts. Inhibiting factors are the raw material for seasonal flavors, simple production equipment, not finding the right preservation method, the absence of government support, and inconsistency in production.
