Abstract
Evaluasi merupakan salah komponen penting dan tahap yang harus ditempuh oleh guru untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat dijadikan balikan (feed-back) bagi guru dalam memperbaiki dan menyempurnakan program dan kegiatan pembelajaran.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Bagaimana perencanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya? 2)Bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya? 3)Bagaimana hasil evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN Kota Palangka Raya? 4)Apa kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya, dengan tekhnik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas III A, III B, IVA, IVB dan kelas V, serta yang menjadi informan yaitu wakamad kurikulum dan kepala madrasah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan : (1) perencanaan evaluasi dimulai dengan
menentukan tujuan evaluasi, menyusun kisi-kisi, menulis soal, uji coba dan analisis soal, merevisi dan merakit soal. (2) Pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya menggunakan CBT (Computer Based Test) sejak masa pandemi covid-19, kecuali guru kelas IVA tetap menggunakan lembar soal Dalam pelaksanaannya evaluasi hanya dilaksanakan secara tertulis. (3) Hasil evaluasi pembelajaran di MIN V Kota Palangka Raya bisa dilihat langsung oleh siswa melalui aplikasi CBT, dalam pelaksanaannya pada kelas III A mata pelajaran fiqih siswa tuntas sebanyak 13 siswa, tidak tuntas sebanyak 7 siswa. Pada kelas III B Mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia siswa tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa, tidak tuntas 2 siswa. Pada kelas IV A mata pelajaran akidah akhlak siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 12 siswa, tidak tuntas 12 siswa. Kelas IV B mata pelajaran Qur‟an Hadits siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 18 siswa, tidak tuntas sebanyak 7 siswa. Kelas V mata pelajaran PPKN siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 13 siswa, yang tidak tuntas 12 siswa, dan guru melaporkan hasil evaluasi dalam bentuk leger dan raport. (4) Kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran adalah: selama adanya wabah Covid-19 maka evaluasi dilakukan secara online,sehingga guru tidak dapat bertatap muka dengan siswa, Handphone yang digunakan siswa bergiliran dengan orang tuanya, Jaringan internet terkadang sulit karena tidak semua daerah jaringan internet lancar, subsidi kuota tidak ada, Guru kesulitan mendapatkan nilai murni dari siswa, karena terkadang yang mengerjakan soal bukan hanya siswa, tetapi bisa orang tua, keluarga bahkan tetangga.
Abstract
Evaluation is an important component and a stage that must be taken by the teacher to determine the effectiveness of learning. The results obtained can be used as feedback (feed-back) for teachers in improving and perfecting learning programs and activities.
The formulation of the problems in this research are: 1) How is the planning of learning evaluation in MIN V Palangka Raya? 2) How is the implementation of learning evaluation at MIN V Palangka Raya? 3) What are the results of the learning evaluation at MIN Palangka Raya? 4) What are the constraints in implementing the learning evaluation at MIN V Palangka Raya?
This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach conducted at MIN V Palangka Raya, with the techniques of collecting observation data, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were teachers of class III A, III B, IVA, IVB, and class V, as well as those who became informants, namely the deputy of the curriculum and the head of the madrasah.
The results showed: (1) evaluation planning began with determining the
objectives of the evaluation, compiling a grid, writing questions, testing and analyzing questions, revising and assembling questions. (2) Implementation of learning evaluation at MIN V Palangka Raya uses CBT (Computer Based Test) since the Covid-19 pandemic unless grade IVA teachers continue to use question sheets. In practice, evaluation is only carried out in writing. (3) The results of the learning evaluation at MIN V Palangka Raya can be seen directly by students through the CBT application, in its implementation in class III A fiqh subjects, 13 students complete, 7 students incomplete. In class III B, 17 students completed the Indonesian language subject, 2 students did not complete it. In class IV A, 12 students have completed the AqidahAkhlaq subject. incomplete 12 students. Class IV B subjects who complete the Hadith Qur'an as many as 18 students, not complete as many as 7 students. Grade V students who completed PPKN subjects were 13 students, 12 students who did not complete, and the teacher reported the results of the evaluation in the form of ledgers and report cards. (4) The constraints in implementing the learning evaluation are: during the Covid-19 outbreak, the evaluation is carried out online so that the teacher cannot meet face to face with students, the cellphones used by students take turns with their parents, the internet network is sometimes difficult because not all areas The internet network is smooth, there is no quota subsidy, Teachers have difficulty getting pure grades from students because sometimes it is not only students who work on the questions, but can parents, family and even neighbors.
