Abstract
Dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini dihadapkan dengan krisis moral terhadap nilai-nilai luhur bangsa seperti, kesopanan, keramahan, sopan santun, solidaritas, tenggang rasa, rendah hati, saling tolong menolong dan lain sebagainya yang semakin memudar di peserta didik, bahkan kondisi ini diperparah dengan lingkungan sosial yang tidak lagi representatif sebagai tempat tinggal di kalangan mereka, Perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat juga menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi krisis moral tersebut, salain itu itu juga pengaruh terhadap pembiasaan dan perubahan karakter. Sehingga sangat diperlukannya pembiasaan-pembiasaan dan sosok teladan untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang berkarakter.Terjadinya krisis moral tersebut sebagian bersumber dari kurang optimalnya lembaga pendidikan membentuk kepribadian peserta didik, lembaga pendidikan dinilai lebih mengoptimalkan atau memperhatikan pengembangan pengetahuannya saja, namun kurang memperhatikan sikap, nilai dan perilaku dalam pembelajaran. Dalam rangka menangkal krisis moral tersebut, Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu MAN 1 Murung Raya, melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter yang dilaksanakan melalui program keagamaan yang terintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kegiatan pembiasaan. Penguatan Pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren ini merupakan salah satu upaya dalam rangka mewujudkan peserta didik/ santri memiliki akhlaqul karimah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen program penguatan pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang terintegrasikan dalam tiga kegiatan utama: kegiatan pembelajaran, ektrakurikuler dan kegiatan pembiasaan.
Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam peneliatian adalah Mudir Ma’had/ pimpinan pondok dan informen adalah kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Murung Raya, pengasuh pondok, pembina kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, ustadz dan santri. Pemeriksaaan keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik. Analisis data berpedoman pada model analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Michael Huberman.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu dilaksanakan terintegritas ke dalam tiga kegiatan utama yaitu: (1) terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran, (2) terintegrasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan (3) terintegrasi pada kegiatan pembiasaan. Manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu meliputi: (1) perencanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter, (2) pengorganisasian penguatan pendidikan karakter, (3) pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dan (4) pengawasan penguatan pendidikan karakter.
Abstract
The world of education in Indonesia is currently faced with a moral crisis against the noble values of the nation such as politeness, friendliness, courtesy, solidarity, tolerance, humility, mutual help and so on which are increasingly fading in students, even this condition is exacerbated. with a social environment that is no longer representative as a place to live among them, the rapid development of technology, information and communication is also one of the factors that influence the moral crisis, besides that it also influences habituation and character change. So that habituation and role models are needed to create a young generation of character. The occurrence of the moral crisis stems partly from the lack of optimal educational institutions in shaping the personality of students, educational institutions are considered to be more optimizing or paying attention to the development of knowledge, but not paying attention to attitudes, values and attitudes. behavior in learning. In order to ward off the moral crisis, the Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu MAN 1 Murung Raya, carried out strengthening character education which was carried out through religious programs that were integrated into learning activities, extracurricular activities and habituation activities. Strengthening character education in Islamic boarding schools is one of the efforts in order to realize students/students to have good morals.
This study aims to describe the management of the character education strengthening program at the Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu which includes planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring which is integrated into three main activities: learning activities, extracurricular activities and habituation activities.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in the study were Mudir Ma'had/the leader of the cottage and the informants were the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Murung Raya, the caretaker of the cottage, the supervisor of extracurricular activities, the ustadz and the santri. Checking the validity of the data with source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis is guided by the interactive analysis model of Miles and Michael Huberman.
Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the strengthening of character education at the Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu was carried out integrated into three main activities, namely: (1) integrated in learning, (2) integrated in extracurricular activities and (3) integrated in habituation activities. . The management of strengthening character education at the Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan (PPKP) Puruk Cahu includes: (1) planning for strengthening character education, (2) organizing character education strengthening, (3) implementing character education strengthening and (4) supervising character education strengthening.
