Abstract

Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah menerapkan metode Modelling The Way, tetapi pelaksanaannya belum maksimal,dikarenakan metode ini menititberatkan pada keaktifan siswa serta memerlukan alokasi waktu yang lama pada proses pelaksanaannya.

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana penerapan Metode Modelling The Way pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. 2) Apakah penerapan Metode Modelling The Way pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Penelitian bertujuan : 1) mengetahui penerapan Metode Modelling The Way pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 2) mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan kreativitas siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti setelah menerapkan metode Modelling The Way.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini satu orang Guru PAI dan 24 siswa kelas XI. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan lembar penilaian sikap siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus presentasi.

Hasil penelitian ini : 1) Aktivitas guru dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran Modelling The Way dalam materi Khutbah,Tabligh, dan Dakwah termasuk kategori baik. Suasana kelas saat proses pembelajaran lebih interaktif ,peserta fokus mendengarkan ceramah, dan antusias . 2)Aktivitas peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran penerapan metode pembelajaran Modelling The Way dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam beberapa indikator antara lain kreativitas siswa dalam menyampaikan materi Khutbah, Tabligh, dan Dakwah pada indikator kelancaran 82,28 % termasuk kategori sangat baik, keluwesan 80,2% kategori sangat baik, orisinalitas 73,94% termasuk kategori baik, elaborasi 69,78 % termasuk kategori baik, dan redefinisi 73,95 % termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

Islamic Education Teachers have implemented the Modeling The Way method, but the implementation has not been as maximal as possible, because this method emphasizes student activity and requires a long time allocation of the implementation process. So that the formulation of the problem of this research are: 1) How is the application of the Way Modeling Method in Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics in class XI of Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School. 2) Whether the application of the The Way Method Method in Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics can improve the creativity of students of Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya High School. The research aims: 1) to find out the application of the Way Modeling Method in Islamic Religious Education and Human Rights Education subjects. 2) find out whether or not there is an increase in student creativity in Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics after applying the Modeling The Way method.

Research using quantitative descriptive methods. The object of this research is 1 Islamic Education Teacher and Budi Pekerti. To assess the increase in student creativity in the analysis with the percentage formula.

The results of this study : 1) The teacher's activity in the learning process of applying the Way The Modeling learning method in lecture material is included in both categories. The class atmosphere when the learning process is more interactive, students are more active in asking questions, more interested in listening to lectures, and confident. 2) The Modeling The Way method is implemented by researchers in the field. The Modeling The Way method is implemented by researchers in the field. The teacher's activity in the learning process of applying the The Way Method learning method in the lecture material can increase student creativity in several indicators including student creativity in delivering the Sermon, Tabligh, and Da'wah material on the 82.28% smoothness indicator, including the excellent category, flexibility 80.2 % very good category, originality 73.94% included in good category, 69.78 elaboration included in good category, and redefinition 73.95% included in good category.
