Abstract

Pembelajaran model sentra dapat diterapkan sebagai landasan ataupun acuan pembelajaran dalam lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Model pembelajaran sentra terdiri dari sentra bahan alam, sentra persiapan, sentra seni kreativitas, sentra ibadah, sentra bermain peran, dan sentra balok. Model sentra memiliki kelebihan dalam pembelajaran karena menggunakan 4 jenis pijakan main untuk mendukung perkembangan anak antara lain: pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan saat main, dan pijakan sesudah main. TK Al-Furqan Kota Palangka Raya telah menerapkan model pembelajaran sentra sehingga peneliti berkeinginan melihat perencanaan pembelajaran dan upaya guru dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran sentra.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran model sentra di kelas B.1 TK Al-Furqan kota Palangka Raya. 2) untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran model sentra di kelas B.1 TK Al-Furqan kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 5 orang guru sentra TK Al-Furqan kota Palangka Raya. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) perencanaan pembelajaran model sentra kelas B.1 TK Al-Furqan kota Palangka Raya guru telah menyusun perencanaan dalam bentuk program semester, rencana kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran mingguan (RPPM), dan rencana kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian (RPPH), dalam penyusunan RPPH terdapat 3 sentra yaitu: sentra bahan alam, sentra balok dan sentra ibadah/bermain peran dalam kegiatan inti pijakan saat main kegiatan pembelajaran masih belum sesuai dengan jenis sentra. (2) upaya guru dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran model sentra kelas B.1 TK Al-Furqan kota Palangka Raya, guru sudah memahami dan mempersiapkan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran anak yang meliputi: pijakan penataan lingkungan main, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan saat main, pijakan sesudah main, media pembelajaran sentra, metode pembelajaran sentra, dan sarana alat perlengkapan pembelajaran sentra.

ABSTRACT

Learning center model can be applied as a basis or reference for learning in early childhood education institutions. The learning model of the center consists of a center for natural materials, a preparation center, a creative arts center, a worship center, a role playing center, and a beam center. The center model has advantages in learning because it uses 4 types of footholds to support children's development, including: the foothold of the playing environment, the footing before playing, the foothold when playing, and the foothold after playing. Al-Furqan Kindergarten Palangka Raya has implemented a center learning model based on that researchers want to known lesson planning and the efforts of teachers in preparing center learning.

The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine the planning of learning center model in class B.1 Kindergarten Al-Furqan Palangka Raya. 2) to determine the teacher's efforts in preparing the center model learning in class B.1 Kindergarten Al-Furqan Palangka Raya.

This study used a descriptive qualitative method with the subject of 5 Center teachers at the Al-Furqan Kindergarten Palangka Raya. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results of this study showed that (1) the planning of learning center model for class B.1 Kindergarten Al-Furqan Palangka Raya, the teacher has compiled plans in the from of semester programs, Lesson plans for weekly learning implementation activities (RPPM), and Lesson plans implementation of daily learning (RPPH), in there are three centers for the preparation of RPPH, namely: centers for natural materials, center for blocks, and centers for worship/playing roles in core activities on the basis of playing learning activities which are still not suitable for the type of center. (2) the efforts of the teacher in preparing the learning center model for class B.1 Kindergarten Al-Furqan Palangka Raya the teacher has understood and prepared things related to children's learning which include: the setting of the play environment, the footing before playing, the foothold when playing , footing after playing, center learning media, center learning methods, and center learning equipment facilities.
