Abstract
Saat ini dunia pendidikan tercoreng oleh banyaknya kasus kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah. Jumlah kasus kekerasan pada anak tiap tahun semakin meningkat sehingga sangat mengkhawatirkan. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya untuk mencegah dan melindungi anak berbasis sekolah dengan cara membentuk Sekolah/Madrasah Ramah Anak (S/MRA). MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya telah mendapat pengakuan sebagai Madrasah Ramah Anak Tingkat Nasional. Di antara kriteria MRA adalah terlaksananya proses pembelajaran yang ramah anak sesuai dengan kriteria MRA dan adanya patisipasi orang tua dalam pelaksanaan MRA. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana implementasi MRA dalam proses pembelajaran dan partisipasi orang tua di MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya, (2) apa faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, dan (3) bagaimana solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui implementasi MRA dalam proses pembelajaran dan partisipasi orang tua di MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya; (2) faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat MRA; dan (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan MRA tersebut.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kajian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala madrasah, guru, siswa dan orang tua. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Analisis datanya dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi MRA dalam proses pembelajaran di MTsN 1 Kota Palangka Raya telah memenuhi kriteria proses pembelajaran yang ramah anak. Namun, implementasi MRA pada partisipasi orang tua belum memenuhi kriteria MRA, karena masih banyak orang tua yang belum memahami perannya dalam pelaksanaan MRA; (2) Faktor yang mendukung MRA adalah kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang baik, sarana dan prasarana madrasah yang lengkap, ikatan kesamaan agama warga madrasah, dan dukungan dinas terkait seperti Kemenag Kota Palangka Raya, Dinas Dikbud Kota Palangka Raya, dan Dinas PPPAI Kota Palangka Raya. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah masih ada guru yang belum terampil mengajar dan adanya perbedaan pola asuh antara guru dan orang tua; (3) Solusi yang dilakukan MTsN 1 adalah dengan cara melatih guru dalam berbagai diklat dan menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua.
ABSTRACT
The world of education has been tarnished currently by the many cases of violence in the school environment.The number of cases of violence against children every year is increasing so it is very worrying.Therefore, we need an effort to prevent and overcome it by forming a Child Friendly School / Madrasa. MTsN 1 Palangkaraya City has received recognition as a National Child Friendly Madrasa.Among the CFM criteria are the implementation of a child-friendly learning process in accordance with the CFM criteria and the participation of parents in the implementation of CFM. The research problems were; (1) how is the implementation of CFM in the learning process and parental participation in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya City, (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors, and (3) how are the solutions to overcome these obstacles.
This study aims to (1) find out the implementation of CFM in the learning process and parental participation in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya City; (2) factors that support and inhibit CFM; and (3) solutions to overcome these CFM barriers.
This research used qualitative research. Data obtained through library research and field research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were the Principal of the madrasa, teachers, students and parents. The sample was determined by using snowball sampling technique. The data was analyzed descriptively.
The results of this research indicated that: (1) the implementation of CFM in the learning process at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya City had occupied the criteria of a child-friendly learning process. However, the implementation of CFM on parental participation did not comply CFM criteria, because there were still many parents who did not understand their roles in the CFM implementation;(2) Factors that supported the CFM were; the ability of teachers to plan and implement good learning processes, complete madrasa facilities and infrastructure, the same religious equality, and supports from the agencies such as the Ministry of Religion in Palangka Raya, the Department of Education and Culture of Palangkaraya City, and the Department of Female Empowerment and Child Protection in Palangkaraya City. While the inhibiting factor was that there were still teachers who had not skilled yet in teaching and there were differences in parenting between teachers and parents;(3) The solution carried out by MTsN 1 was by training teachers in various training and communication with parents.
