Abstract

Penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi program android merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat diterapkan di madrasah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan ilmu teknologi. Program android merupakan program yang tampilannya mirip CBT. Madrasah yang ada di Kabupaten Kapuas banyak yang belum menerapkan cara ini sedangkan hampir semua madrasah telah melaksanakan UNBK. Hal ini menjadi fenomena menarik untuk diteliti.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menawarkan konsep model perencanaan sistem penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi program android di MTsN 1 Kapuas dan pelaksanaan sistem penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi program android di MTsN 1 Kapuas.

Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat MTsN 1 Kapuas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah.Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduction data, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verivication. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik (credibility), dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, ketekunan, dan trianggulasi sumber dan teknik, (transferability), (dependability), dan (comfirmability).

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sistem penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi program android di MTsN 1 Kapuas secara offline sudah dilaksanakan secara komperehensif meliputi perencanaan infrastruktur sarana dan prasarana, sumberdaya manusia, aplikasi program, dan pendanaan sehingga dapat ditawarkan sebagai konsep model. Pelaksanaan sistem penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi program android di MTsN 1 Kapuas dilaksanakan secara offline sudah sesuai dengan tahapan pelaksanaan ujian meliputi simulasi, upacara pembukaan dan kegiatan ujian yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu pra ujian, saat ujian dan pasca ujian sehingga dapat ditawarkan sebagai konsep model. Sedangkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan secara online masih belum maksimal dikarenakan pandemi covid-19 sehingga tidak ditawarkan sebagai konsep model.

ABSTRACT

Learning outcome assessment using android application program is one of way that can be implemented at madrasah to improve the education quality through utilize science technology. Android program is a program that its look like CBT. Madrasah at Kapuas regency still not implemented this way although almost all of them implement UNBK. This thing become interesting to be researched.

The purpose of this research to offered concept about planning system learning outcome assessment using android application program at MTsN 1 Kapuas, and the implementation of learning outcome assessment system using android application program at MTsN 1 Kapuas.

This research used qualitative descriptive. Place of research was MTsN 1 Kapuas. The data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation also data validity. The subject in this research was Principal of Madrasah. Data analysis technique used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity technique used credibility with extension of observation, perseverance, source triangulation, and transferability, dependability, confirmability.

The result of this research shown that Planning system management of learning outcome using android application program at MTsN 1 Kapuas in offline has been implemented comprehensively include facilities infrastructure planning, human resource planning, application planning and fund planning so can be offered as model concept. While the implementation of learning outcome assessment system using android application program at MTsN 1 Kapuas has been implemented offline and appropriated with phase test implementation included simulation, opening ceremony and the phase implementation that consisted by three phases, they were pre test, during test and post test so can be offered as a concept. While planning and implementation in online still not maximal because ccovid-19 pandemic so can not be offered as a concept
