Abstract

bertolak dari metode yang digunakan guru masih metode konvensional, sehingga siswa belum terlibat aktif, cenderung bosan dalam pembelajaran dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa ada beberapa siswa yang belum mencapai KKM mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis yaitu 74. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Practice Rehearsal Pairs kelas VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. (2) Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Konvensional kelas VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. (3) Perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara yang menggunakan metode Practice Rehearsal Pairs dan metode Konvensional VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-t.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Practice Rehearsal Pairs pada mata pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis kelas VIII B MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya diperoleh rata-rata 86,65 tergolong kategori baik. (2) Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode Konvensional pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis kelas VIII A MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya diperoleh rata-rata 81,5 tergolong kategori baik. (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara yang menggunakan metode Practice Rehearsal Pairs dan metode Konvensional pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis Kelas VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya dengan hasil perhitungan uji t dua variabel bebas yaitu thitung > ttabel atau 1,90 >1,675 pada taraf signifikan α= 0,05.

ABSTRACT

This research was based on conventional methods used by teachers, so students were not actively involved, tended to be bored in learning and it affected learning outcomes. It could also be seen from student learning outcomes that there were some students who had not reached the Minimum Master Criterion in Al -Qur'an Hadith, score 74.
This study aimed to determine: (1) Student learning outcomes using the Rehearsal Pairs Practice class VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. (2) Student learning outcomes using Conventional methods of class VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. (3) Differences in student learning outcomes between those who used the Rehearsal Pairs Practice method and the Conventional method at VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya.

This research used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population of this research was the grade VIII students of MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. Data analysis techniques used t-test.

The results showed that: (1) The results of students using the Rehearsal Pairs Practice method in the Al-Qur'an Hadith class VIII B MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya obtained an average of 86.65 classified as good categories. (2) Student learning outcomes using the Conventional method in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith VIII A grade MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya obtained an average of 81.5 classified as good categories. (3) There was a significant difference between those who used the Rehearsal Pairs Practice method and the Conventional Method in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith class VIII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya with the results of the t-test calculation of two independent variables namely T observed > T table or 1.90> 1,675 at a significant level α = 0.05
