Abstract
Pengaruh perkembangan informasi mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi tersebut membawa dampak yang besar terhadap semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat termasuk perilaku peserta didik di sekolah baik itu yang baik maupun yang buruk. Untuk menghadapi dampak negatif tersebut dikalangan pelajar, maka diadakan kegiatan pembinaan pendidikan agama Islam melalui wadah ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji; 1) Guru PAI dalam kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Palangka Raya dan 2) Strategi guru PAI dalam melaksanakan pembinaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Palangka Raya.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif, maksudnya adalah data diperoleh dengan memulai observasi, kegiatan wawancara yang mendalam dengan subyek penelitian yaitu dua orang guru agama Islam, pembina/pelatih kegiatan, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dibidang kesiswaan, ketua komite, ketua Majelis Ta’lim, pengurus ROHIS, Pengurus Masjid Nur Imtaq, dan studi dukomentasi. Data dianalisis secara induktif proses intraktif melalui 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan eredibility, tranferadibility, defendibility dan confermadibility dalam bentuk uraian.
Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa 1) Pembinaan kegiatan keagamaan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Palangka Raya yaitu : pembinaan kegiatan sholat dhuhur berjama’ah, Majelis Ta’lim, Baca Tulis al-Qur’an (BTQ, Tilawah al-qur’an dan Qasidah Rebana pelaksanaannya berjalan dengan baik, didukung oleh koordinasi yang baik, sarana dan prasarana yang cukup reprensentatif serta keikutsertaan siswa yang relatif baik. 2) Strategi guru PAI dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Palangka Raya yaitu; Strategi guru PAI dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan Keagamaan seperti; Menerapkan Daftar Hadir Siswa, Sanksi atau hukuman, Reward, ganjaran dan penghargaan, Buku Harian Kegiatan Ibadas Siswa (BHKIS) dan Gambar, Poster dan Karikatur. Pelaksanaannya berjalan dengan baik, sarana dan prasarana yang cukup reprensentatif serta strategi yang digunakan untuk menunjang keberhasilan berjalan dengan baik.
Kendalanya kekurangan guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) tetap. Guru yang selama ini hanya guru-guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) yang menambah jam sertivikasi yang tidak terlibat dalam pembinaan kegiatan PAI dalam wadah ekstrakurikuler.
ABSTRACT
The development of information technology has a great impact on all aspects of people's lives, including the behavior of students in schools, both good and bad. To deal with these negative impacts among students, there was an activity to develop Islamic religious education through an extracurricular forum at Palangka Raya 1 Public Middle School.
This study aims to examine; 1) PAI teachers in extracurricular religious training activities in Palangkaraya State Middle School and 2) PAI teacher strategies in carrying out coaching extracurricular activities at Palangkaraya Public Middle I Research using qualitative descriptive research, meaning that data is obtained by starting observations, in-depth interview activities with sub-research, namely two Islamic religious teachers, activity coaches/trainers, principals, deputy school principals in the field of students, committee leaders, while Majelis Ta'lim, ROHIS management, Nur Imtag Mosque Management, and dokumentasi study. Data is analyzed inductively through an interactive process through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is obtained by accessibility, transferability, defensibility and convergence ability in the form of description.
The results of this study show that 1) Guidance on extracurricular religious activities in Palangkaraya Raya State Middle I, namely fostering dhuhur prayer activities in congregation, Majelis Ta'lim, Reading Writing the Qur'an (BTQ. Tilawah al-qur'an and Qasidah Rebana the implementation went well, supported by good coordination, adequate facilities and infrastructure and relatively good student participation. 2) Strategies for PAI teachers in implementing extracurricular religious activities in Palangkaraya State Middle I namely; Strategies for PAI teachers in implementing religious coaching activities such as; Implementing Student Attendance List, Sanctions or punishments, Reward, rewards and awards Diary of Student Activities (BHKIS) and Pictures, Posters and Caricatures The implementation went well, the facilities and infrastructure were quite representative and the strategies used to support success went well.
The problem is the lack of permanent Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers. The teacher who has been the only Islamic religious education teacher (PAl) who has added hours of certification is not involved in fostering PAI activities in extracurricular institutions.
