Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1). Peningkatan kemampuan memecahkan masalah pada penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Disertai Solution Path Outline (SPO) pada pokok bahasan Gerak Harmonis. 2). Kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning disertai Solution Path Outline pada pokok bahasan Gerak Harmonis. 3).Aktifitas Siswa setelah diteapkannya Model Problem Based Learnig disertai Solution Path Outline pada pokok bahasan Gerak Harmonis. 4). Aktifitas Guru setelah diterapkan model Problem Based Learning disertai Solution Path Outline pada pokok Bahasan Gerak Harmonis.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan memecahkan masalah, lembar pengamatan aktifitas siswa dan lembar pengamatan aktifitas guru. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA II SMAN 4 Palangka Raya Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA II berjumlah 35 orang.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan analisis hasil tes kemampuan siswa memecahkan masalah didapatkan nilai rata-rata Pretest 17,5 dan nilai rata-rata Postest sebesar 44,6. Berdasarkan analisis N-gain menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakan model Problem Based Learning disertai Solution Path Outline didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,33 dengan kategori sedang, (2) berdasarkan hasil tes nilai lembar pengamatan aktifitas siswa pada pembelajaran fisika secara keseluruhan dengan model Problem Based Learnig disertai Solution Path Outline nilai rata-rata sebesar 72%, dan (3) aktifitas guru setelah dilaksanakannya model Problem Based Learning disertai Solution Path Outline secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase nilai rata-rata sebesar 84%.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed at describing: 1). The increase of an ability to solve problems in implementing Problem Based Learning (PBL) model accompanied by Solution Path Outline (SPO) on Harmonious Motion subject. 2). The ability to solve student’s problems after implementing Problem Based Learning model accompanied by Solution Path Outline on Harmonious Motion subject. 3). Students' Activity after setting Problem Based Learning model accompanied by Solution Path Outline on Harmonious Motion subject. 4). Teacher’s activities after the implementation of Problem Based Learning model accompanied by Solution Path Outline on the subject of Harmonious Motion Discussion.

This study applied descriptive and pre-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The instruments used were tests of problem-solving skills, student activities, teacher activities, student’s observation sheets and teacher’s activity observation sheets. This study population was XI IPA II class of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya Academic Year 2018/2019. This study sample was XI IPA II class, 35 people in total.

The results showed that: (1) based on the result analysis of tests of students' ability to solve problems, the Pre-test average value was 17.5 and the average score of the Post-test as many as 44.6. Based on N-gain analysis showed that student’s ability to solve problems was increased after the execution a model of Problem Based Learning accompanied Solution Outline Path and was obtained a value of 0.33 with the medium category, (2) based on the student’s test results on a value of overall learning physics with model Problem Based learning accompanied Solution Path Outline average value of 72%, and (3) teacher’s activities after the implementation of the model Problem Based Learning accompanied Solution Path Outline overall included in the excellent category with a percentage of the average value by 84%.
